I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite relatively easy to use and simple. The initial setup was easy and straightforward.

I wish there was more prompts built in to have AI make charts for me

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create flow charts for system processes, which helps explain the roles of individuals and what their tasks are.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform has been very valuable for visualizing complex processes, system integrations and data flow between systems in a clear and structured way. It delivers all the features I need, from intuitive diagramming to real-time collaboration, without compromising performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t run into anything frustrating while using this platform all the existing tools cover most of my use cases really well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Network diagrams that I design with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite visually represent how security systems are connected and it also helps map how cameras and sensors are connected to our central monitoring hub.

I can't create flowcharts based on natural command.

Even though the Lucid Suite hasn’t fully encompassed all features, ai am grateful the vendor embedded L.Spark which solved visual collaboration issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to make my company's Amazon workflow. I needed software that was easy to use and understand, and that I can export to a PDF file. It's highly valuable for organizing my thoughts into a visual decision tree. I like that I didn't have to go to any tutorial to use the website or encounter any pay walls to start using. I appreciate the snap-on features for the arrows, which make building and modifying decision trees easy without worrying about the nuances of the arrows. The initial setup was super easy, very intuitive, and I could start using it right off the bat, which I really liked.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for project planning and roadmap visualization. It helps align the team on project timelines and the order in which tasks need to be completed. I like that it's easy to use and brings everything to life through visualization. Ideation and thinking through problems work well since I can create a wall of sticky notes with free flowing thoughts. The initial setup was easy to use and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to grab the screen to move around instead of having to zoom in and out. A feature like being able to hold down the ctrl key and left click on the mouse to drag the screen around would be nice.

The then issues that I was experiencing as an individual user are no more ever since I upgraded to the Team tier.

What do you like best about the product?
To prepare a practical, flexible and easy to understand swimlane diagram or organizational charts the ultimate choice for me is Lucidchart since it is effectively configured, bundled with Lucidspark and it offers many templates that can be easily modified according to my diagram requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing because for me everything I was looking for is in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and no restrictions experienced creating diagrams and other graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps create flowcharts that illustrate how communication flows within the company especially when preparing a press release I can define stages such as drafting, compliance check, executive approval, and publication to enable everyone follow a compliant process.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for school assignments and studying. As a visual learner, it really helps me learn and retain information better. I like that it has many features and different types of styles for everyone to use. I also like the chat feature. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it a little bit hard to navigate and it took me some time to get used to moving boxes and texts etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides all of the blocks and tools needed to develop organizational structure charts and what I liked the most was the flexibility, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has no limits so I can do a diverse amount of tasks with it including diagramming, data visualization and modeling business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn’t notice any drawbacks with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and no issues with moving or resizing any element within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create organizational charts to show roles and reporting structures within the organization and this helps staff quickly understand who is responsible for decisions and approvals.
