LUCID VCS: Empowers Remote Collaboration with Intuitive Visual Tools (Whiteboards)
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite across two organizations, but I mainly use it in the Design company since I work remotely. We (team) and stakeholders collaborate together on diagrams to resolve issues that I view after visual assessment of the business processes. Additionally, I am able to assemble a one page “Operations Snapshot” which shows process maps KPI dashboards and roadmaps ; the best thing is that it comes as a view-only link which we share with stakeholders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for close to 6 years from the time it only contained one App (Lucidchart) - the issue is how the vendor has failed to encompass some features such as VC demanding tons of external Apps integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating high-level operational maps that shows design processes such as App development and testing via Lucidchart is the main benefit since I am able to identify areas of weaknesses and get suggested optimization paths.
The Helpfulness Of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is used in our organization to design, develop and produce flowcharts, graphs, tables and other visual data presentations that allow for clear and coherent data modeling strategies. I like to use it to create diagrams and other data charts overlaps that provide a real value to the customers both inside and outside of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes diagramming super easy, simple and joyful. I dislike nothing about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use and the ability to import new images without any hassle. It solves the problem of eliminating the lack of communication and requirements of expressing our ideas to each other with every single detail, including data modeling, communication protocols, components, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to build out workflow maps and swim lanes for different processes. It excels at being an easy to implement and use tool that allows us to easily document and visualize the different processes we use everyday. The editable templates are incredibly handy when you are not quite sure how or where to start.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is complete. There's nothing to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps us to describe processes and strategical planning. Good UI and intuitive tools makes it stand out from other alternatives. In fact, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is appropriated because it helps with data integration with other platforms that we use within the organization.
Seamless Event Planning with Lucid's Visual Collaboration Suite
What do you like best about the product?
As a Co-Founder and Event Designer in Event Services, I am able to turn every party-plan into a living through Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It has been remarkable and easy for me to sketch venue layouts, table arrangements and stage dimensions with the help of shapes and diagrams allocated by Lucid which only involves drag-and-drop.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI initiatives was a bit tricky to customize and use but the vendor recently sent ebooks to all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the major benefits is how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite generate quick summary of party-plans directions for our clients through visual whiteboards mainly offered by Lucidspark.
User-Friendly and Easy to Master
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has a very friendly user experience and it is easy to master it
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes I had to write out of the design then copy-paste to the design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me I use it for mapping process and that's helping me having a clear vision of what I am doing, the inputs, the outputs and the workflow which making the reporting easy
Ease of Navigation, Challenging Initial Adaptation
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, especially for the ease of navigation. I can store information easily and didactically. Additionally, it offers more tools for use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dynamics are not intuitive, and I had difficulty until I adapted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to solve lack of organization and perspective. I like the ease of navigation, which allows me to store information easily and didactically.
Streamlined Collaboration with Real-Time Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I can have real-time discussions through video chat and then easily share the link with my colleagues.

Faced lag on update but its rare

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for flowcharts and diagrams. It helps us brainstorm during sessions related to flow items. We can discuss in real-time via video chat and share the session link with colleagues.
Lucid is exceptional in flowchart creation with very prominent diagram format abilities
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has some incredible functionality that makes it easy to not only prepare a great flowchart to go into network architecture mapping but also to layer data flow visualizations. It has a lot of different shapes and icons to add when I am creating network diagrams and it provides me the functionalities I need to create as many flowcharts as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing that I did not like about this tool. If you want to produce flowcharts and diagrams you won’t be disappointed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool enabled me to create network diagrams super quick saving me a lot of time when illustrating endpoints communication pathways which is simply priceless. I have created several data flow diagrams that helps trace how data moves within and outside the organization’s boundaries.
Effortless Project Mapping and Visual Collaboration at Breeze for 24/7/12/365
What do you like best about the product?
My colleague introduced me to Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite when I joined my current organization last year. How it is seamless to map project landscape is one of the things that I like since I am able to spit emerging trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
All has been well on my end when utilizing Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create flowcharts and collaborate visually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration with dev teams has been one of the main benefits that I realize when using Lucidspark.
Clean Workspace and Beautifully Designed Shapes for Effortless Diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of this platform is that it gives me a clean workspace to be able to create diagrams with the most organized and well designed shapes I have ever seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, its a minor dislike and almost definitely user error but trying to change the shape of the arrows while in the flow chart requires undivided attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create logistical diagrams to ensure smooth execution of orientation sessions and simplifies Standard Operating Procedures for staff with easy-to-understand visual guides. Very good for drawing all kinds of diagrams we draw day to day to support processes.
