LucidChart is super great for diagraming
What do you like best about the product?
It’s so simple to use and easy to export stuff as well to share around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there isn’t really anything that I dislike. It’s all been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flow charts for processes, diagrams for system flows, ERD’s for data entities.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent program for diagramming and creating workflows, mind maps, timelines, organizational charts. In addition to that you can share and add collaborators, it allows you to integrate the program with other applications. It has assistance and tutorials for easy understanding, regardless of the complexity of the workforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I do not have access to the internet I cannot edit online and it does not allow me access to the document to be modified. In general, it is excellent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work requires planning and organization methodologically, this program has allowed me to chart my workflows and that of my work team. Even when I work on a specific project the templates provided by this tool are super complete

Cheaper yet wonderful substitute to Visio
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's just as good as Visio. In some ways it's much better. I also like the webinars hosted by the company that assist users in getting the most out of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Lucidchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company discontinued the use of Visio due to cost concerns. Lucidchart is an excellent alternative.

I love how easily customizable it is! Use it extensively for lots of different aspects of my business

Complex and big learning curve. Took a while to get comfortable.

It has helped me truly realize my workflow and make it more efficient.

Love it, but be patient. Helps to work with someone who knows it.
Great software
What do you like best about the product?
If you sign up, it takes like 10 minutes to get started, beacause everything is really intuitive. If you ever need to make floor plans you can also use those in lucid chart. PDF output is really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to find the right symbols you need. If you use the search function you can find those, but it is a bit of a hassle at firt.

We us lucid chart to evaluate business processes and to map them for coworkers and customers.

Do not doubt, great software
It has been our main tool to create diagrams of all kinds in our company.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that lucid graphics give you all the ways to choose and there is nothing you can't find. I do flowcharts and use case diagrams all the time, but I must say that you don't need training to start using Lucidchart it is very easy to use and learn since it is an intuitive diagramming tool. It is based on the cloud and this has allowed me to use Lucidchart for my user experience diagrams, it works with Google Drive, which allows me to save my diagrams in the cloud for future use.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the disadvantages that comes to mind is that you often have to export the diagrams to share with users who do not have access to the software and I think Lucidchart should add more advanced templates for basic users. The other main drawback is that there is no offline access to Lucidchart on any platform, the sharing features have some disadvantages that should be improved in future versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has helped me to have a better visualization in the diagrams and that is extremely easy, it does not need anyone to guide you in the use of this tool everything is self-explanatory. It also offers numerous templates and varieties of diagrams making it a versatile tool, I can collaborate with other members of my team to make updates on my diagram and I can clearly establish permissions on where someone else than me can make an edit
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The use of this software has provided very nice and responsive flowcharts, which provide so much information is quite simple to learn. Simply start using it and in a short time you can do wonderful things because it has a good integration with other applications and has a good number of libraries and makes us learn about our requirements and what the client needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very good product of making graphical designs and interactive charts. Everyone in the team is able to design and edit according to their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lucid charts does not have anything to be disliked about but however it’s interface might be little bit confusing for the first time user and not all the people feel comfortable using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were designing ERD for a company. We also used it for chart designing for SDD and SRS.

What do you like best about the product?
A had a best experience of Web based drawing management with lucid chart. Also ideal for project life cycle drawing flow platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of multiple language support is my dislike for lucidchart. Also trouble with its mobile version application

Visualisation of Project life cycle is more easy with this.

It is a great diagram tool and you can collaborate with more people in real time, so at the same time we can work as a team.

The complete tool is in the English language, for those of us who do not master English well, there are things that are difficult for us.

I have completed several university projects, including flowcharts for the programming area, and it has helped me a lot.

It is a powerful tool for those of us who love to create flowcharts and mind maps, it helps us a lot and is very easy to use.
Cloudbased diagram creator
What do you like best about the product?
So many templates, colors and attractive premade designs on a browser-based software. Can access all my charts on any device without having to have the software installed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Internet connection is a must, but due to it being a browser-based software, you can lose work if your internet connection drops or the site goes down.

Organizes our ideas and future projects for the whole team, while making them eye catching and simplified.
