Lucidchart Review
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid chart is very easy and intuitive to use. I used it to mainly draw UML diagrams for my web projects and programming assignments. I love how the shapes are categorized for easy finding according to our use. The sharing feature is also incredible when working with a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The find the adding text to diagrams feature very messy and complicated at times. There is also limited functionality when it comes to that. since adding text to diagrams is super important, I think they should work towards making it easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the class diagrams, sequence diagrams, use case diagrams for the design stage in my projects are drawn using Lucidchart. It is quick to share among team mates and download in any format.
Best online diagram and chart creator
What do you like best about the product?
Premade templates and charts to input info. Everything is neat and clean with no annoying ads! Much better than using Microsoft Word to put together a chart, plus it's browser based so no downloading any software and I can access my charts from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
No offline access - must be connected to the internet to download your charts (but you can still edit offline)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to input information into flowcharts instead of making one from scratch is a huge timesaver!
My review for lucidchart
What do you like best about the product?
I used Lucidchart for designing a flowchart on a project I'm currently working on. This is actually the first time I'm creating a flowchart so I didn't really have any experience in it. I was using Microsoft word first and it took about 3-4 hours to get the work done and all my arrows weren't straight and each time I make little changes on it. Several things get scattered. I obviously had to look another better option and the first thing I saw on Google was Visio, I also have the Microsoft office package 2019 installed on my PC but visio isn't part of it so I went back to my search and picked the next which was Lucidchart. Created my account in a minute and it showed me a brief tutorial on how it works. Nothing too long that you'd get bored of. And, in a minute, I knew my way around and designed my flow chart in minutes. Also, when my internet went away for a while. It allowed me continue designing and saved my progress when my internet came back on.
So in summary, I love it for being easy to use
No ads
Allows me use a max of 60 shapes(which was more than enough) for my free account
Works offline well
Neatness of design
Also, I can access my work in my mobile phone

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't been using Lucidchart for a long time like that but the only few things I saw on it that i disliked was
1. Exporting a large flow diagram (say about 2-3 pages) as PDF. I first exported my
first flow chart as PDF and it was quite long so it entered a new page. It. And out cutting my design. It cut my shapes, so, half of a particular shaper was on page 1 and the other half was on page 2. So I had to use the png option which came out as one long picture
Secondly, I couldn't export my flow chart when my internet was gone even after activating the "offline mode" so I had to look for an internet source to export my project.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart really made my work look neat and made me seem like a pro at designing flowcharts. And I'm just an amateur 😁. Now, a few of my colleagues are giving me their work to design for them because the saw how neat mine was.
One of the best applications for making charts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is the best browser based chart creator I've found so far. Being able to share and edit with the team is fantastic without everyone needed software downloaded on their devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it's a browser-based software, the speed and ease is based off your internet connection and computer; because of that sometimes the app can chug and lose connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating easy and clear charts with ease at a low cost.
Create, exchange and share any diagrams you want with others in your office
What do you like best about the product?
It is a powerful tool to order ideas related to work processes that have many procedures to comply with and that are the responsibility of several people. It allows you to draw each phase with the ideal elements and connectors that complete the idea.
What do you dislike about the product?
The movement of the elements to assemble the diagrams is a little rough, it should run more fluidly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing step by step the process of sending digital material to disseminate has been the key to the success of our area of work. We always have the information ready and we already know the procedure to follow thanks to the workflows and diagrams that demonstrate it. It was the only way to execute each step without making a lot of mistakes.
A Great Product but Limited Free Trial
What do you like best about the product?
This is super easy to use, and even fun!
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations of the free trial are not clear enough. I was surprised to have my editing abruptly ended after learning that I had used the maximum allowed characters for the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used this for an employee flow chart to help with customer relations. It helps create easily understandable charts.

Review for Lucid Chart
What do you like best about the product?
Free to create flow charts. Great designs
What do you dislike about the product?
Need some time to pick up this particular software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost savings. We do not have to purchase expensive software to create beautiful charts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can try the free version one before buying the paid one
Excellent tool to create, show processes and workflows.
What do you like best about the product?
This program that has caught my attention because I like his intuitive and easy to learn interface. The cost is very low, so your accessibility will not be a problem. Basically the wide versatility of forms and options gives me a lot of flexibility beyond the standard flow chart. I am fascinated that I can share links to dynamic versions of graphics; I can switch between cells and arrows within the sheet without having to change the functions in the side panel, it saves me a lot of time these functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is really a tool that does graphics well, but has limited templates. Lucidchart is a very specific program, so it can be a bit overwhelming for a new user. It should be noted that the search tool does not always return relevant results either, there are aspects that should be improved but the good news is that they are not so serious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is used in Artsversion to create current and future process flows, system diagrams, campaigns, trace systematic processes and solve wiring interface problems; is very important because it gives us a visual way to explain and trace what we are doing and gives us a record of what we have done in the past.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is suitable to create logical diagram designs, to trace workflows, it is easy to export and share in other tools; In addition, if you are a person who wants to save time, I can tell you that the automatic connection of forms and the flow according to several types of flow are excellent.
