Effortless Collaboration and Real-Time Editing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite due to it's ability to be shared with colleagues, edit simultaneously and easy to use software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The navigation through the software itself could be tricky given the number of features, needs some practice to get used to.

Helping me structure my thoughts and ideas and better present it alongside timelines
Revolutionized Remote Collaboration Effortlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to collaborate with my remote team in real time, which eliminates the need for meetings. I like that it's in real time, and it's great that we can see previous comments easily. The entire process is easily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find the need to see other people's cursors when they are looking at the board (maybe other people like that though).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to collaborate with a remote team in real time, eliminating the need for meetings.

Very easy to use, pretty straight forward.

Inserting icon is less easy compared to other products. I filter a lot with icons/symbols to speed up process

Great diagram tool that brings most of the required elements to quickly connect
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very robust tool to make diagrams and flow charts that structure the route of a project visually. I really like the responsiveness of each shape after being placed or modified within the drawing board which makes connecting different sections of a diagram very easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is very complete for what it really allows me to do, the performance is good and it has not shown me any signs of disappointments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing room dimensions to determine the optimal placement of equipment has been my greatest achievement with this tool. I have achieved efficient space planning without any struggles and easy sharing of designs with clients.

Easy to use and understand. Easy to navigate.

Zoom in and out. This function is very bad compared to the other competitors.

Using it for flow diagram. Visual is great. Works fast
Great for Diagramming, But Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to create diagrams for my software projects. This feature is particularly useful for visualizing and organizing my ideas as I work.
What do you dislike about the product?
One problem I’ve encountered is that I often end up drawing arrows by mistake when I actually just want to move an object.

It helps me clearly share my ideas with my team and plan out large bodies of software work.
Lucid offers a fantastic canvas with the exact elements to quickly create presentable process charts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid has all the needed shapes and functions to create process flows, diagrams and presentation charts and work can be done in collaboration with the entire team in real-time. With its simplified interface and insanely powerful visual tools, even complex diagrams feel simple and fun to create and it actually makes me maintain creative momentum.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid doesn’t have any flaws that I can think of at this time, it’s my favorite and most used design tool without limitation in use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the platform I use to create flowcharts that visualize the flow of training programs from enrollment to content delivery and assessments. The charts make everything easy to follow so we are able to quickly highlight areas for improvement in training delivery.
Fantastic solution offering easy to create and very useful flowcharts, UML and network diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to design any diagram since it provides me with various diagram shapes and drag and drop feature for all its components. I also like the ability to export the diagrams in different formats which makes these diagrams extremely useful when illustrating processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never had an issue with features glitching or files getting lost or being corrupted, so this tool checks all the boxes for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It becomes very useful when creating visual representations of data flow in our databases and also allows me to clearly map network infrastructure to identify vulnerability points to ensure security policies are implemented at that exact point.
Versatile and Easy-to-Use Flowchart Tool with Great Shapes and Arrows That Connect Really Well
What do you like best about the product?
Mapping out exactly the chart I want is greatly supported by the ease of use of this tool. It offers numerous templates and varieties of shapes to create any type of flow chart so it is a versatile diagramming tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don’t have any cons about Lucid, they are always adding new features and it’s really exactly what I needed for chart creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid supports quick diagram creation that helps me illustrate how power flows from generation sources to substations and the grid. The diagrams also serve as reference documents for maintenance teams.
