User-Friendly with Helpful Templates, but Some Shapes Hard to Locate

Easy to use and learn, can use templates as a starting point

Clear Icons for Parts, But Missing Key Categories
What do you like best about the product?
The icons representing the vacuum parts that I can choose from in the database are clear and easy to identify.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a noticeable absence of icons for vacuum, engineering, and electrical units that I can select from within the database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool offers the essential icons I need to create a P&ID map.

Visual collaboration that keeps Pace with innovation
What do you like best about the product?
As someone who oversees cross functional teams and drives complex initiatives, I need tools that not only enable clarity but also fosters alignment. Lucid suite does that exceptionally well. Its intuitive interface and real time collaboration features make it easy for engineer, product and business leaders to co-create, iterate and visualize systems architecture, workflows and roadmaps all in one place. What truly sets lucid apart is how it empowers teams to think visually and move faster. Whether i', mapping out a new microservices architecture or conducting a strategic planning session, lucid helps me stay focused, aligned and agile. Lucid's ease of implementation is one of its strongest advantages. From the moment i introduced it to my team, the onboarding was frictionless.
What do you dislike about the product?
If i had to nitpick, i would say I'm curios to see how they will continue evolving maybe deeper AI powered insights or more automation around diagram generation. Apart from that, I haven't found anything to dislike about lucid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
According to me, Lucid is solving a fundamental challenge of how to align fast moving, cross functional teams around complex visually and in real time. Instead of relying on static documents or tools, i use lucid to co create diagrams, system maps and workflows that everyone from engineering to product to business can understand and contribute to. It has become a key part of how i drive velocity without sacrificing clarity. Also, it enables shared understanding that scales across teams and time zones.
Amazing AI Features, But Needs Better Onboarding for New Users
What do you like best about the product?
The new AI features available in the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite are amazing. They really helped me to create dozens of flow diagrams for my latest project.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to include some intro feature helping the new users to understand the right process to create and edit a flow diagram, adding some prompt examples to simplify this process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have a very simple way to create flow diagrams using AI. Just with a simple prompt I was able to create diagrams with the correct steps and visual elements on it.
Great Experience with Lucid

It's very intuitive, and easy to use. Great for collaborating remotely with team members.

Nothing too much, I really enjoy the product.

1. LucidChart helps me clearly outline the data flow inside a business workflow and simulate the end-to-end behavior of the system to be implemented.
2. It helps a mid- to large-sized project team come together and contribute towards the workflow, and encourages collaboration as it is easy to understand for new team members.
3. LucidSpark allows preparing process models and articular the product offering while emphasizing on the value proposition.

Quality of customer support can be improved by a significant mark

It helps the team to come together and work towards a project or a product implementation plan effectively and encourage collaboration which was missing in the previous software.

Real time editing via multiple team members. Multiple templates, icons shapes and lines to select from

The libraries are not easy to find to create diagrams. The process to create and fill data in the tables is complex
