Tailored Onboarding, but the UI Feels Dated
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the onboarding experience, asking new users for their role and level of experience to tailor the product walkthrough accordingly. I also like that it asks what use case I am trying to solve for before choosing a template. As far as integrations, the Slack integration is useful for inviting people to collaborate. As far as pricing, I have only used the free version but it feels like there are a lot of capabilities for a free user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could be better; overall feels kind of utilitarian and somewhat dated. Also, there is a prompt to invite coworkers to collaborate, but it would be nice if there was a way to see what members of my company's workspace were already registered users based on email. I think the AI feature could have better overall UX; for example, when I opened the feature and it asked me what I wanted to create, I selected "Process" and the chat told me to describe the process. I wanted to see what the other AI features did, so I tried to go 'back', but there was no way back. If I closed the chat box and reopened it, the previous chat would be there with no way out. Because of that, I was "locked in" to process as my only option. The performance of this feature could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to visually lay out user flows and map user experience. It is benefitting me by allowing collaborators and stakeholders to understand the problems we are solving as product designers and to visually explain solutions.
Facilitates Team Alignment with Handy Templates
What do you like best about the product?
I find starting with a template in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite really helpful, especially when working on mapping out Salesforce-related processes. There's typically a template available that we can use specific to objects, structures, and schemas, making the initial setup easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when typing, it doesn't default to auto and so the text goes way bigger than the assigned shape, and that's annoying to go back and click instead of it auto recognizing that it should be within the confines of the shape's outline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps align on business process nuances and all the steps involved in designing updated solutions. It grounds discussions, so everyone is on the same page about all possible workflow paths.
Effortlessly Streamlines Team Operations with Stunning Visuals
What do you like best about the product?
I mean, it's really good. Compared to other products I've used, it's fantastic. The visuals are amazing and very appealing to the eye. It's very easy to use and makes understanding flow diagrams so much easier. After getting familiar with it, I found drawing diagrams amazing and the results were much better. Also, the transition from the previous tool we used to Lucid was an amazing experience. The setup was quite easy, even though the initial understanding was a bit challenging, but it was a one-time effort. After that, everything was smooth, and it's easy to use and create anything.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create flow diagrams for understanding team operations and reporting. It makes these diagrams much easier to understand, clarifying how everyone is working together.
Efficient Visual Alignment, Needs Performance Boost
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to turn ideas into clear diagrams and collaborate in real time. It's intuitive and fast, which helps keep everyone aligned. Turning ideas into clear diagrams allows me to quickly align teams on complex workflows and system structures without long explanations or multiple meetings. This speeds up decisions and saves time. I also appreciate the better real-time collaboration, easier editing, and faster alignment compared to more static tools like PPT and Visio. The setup was quick and straightforward, allowing us to start creating and collaborating on diagrams almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes performance slows down with every large complex diagrams, and real time collaboration can lag slightly. I'd also like more advanced formatting control and smoother integrations with other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to structure complex workflows across teams, eliminating miscommunication and improving clarity. It allows quick visualization of ideas, saving time by reducing meetings, and accelerates decision-making. I can align teams easily with visual representations of processes.
Beginner-Friendly, Intuitive Platform Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciated how beginner-friendly and intuitive the platform felt to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
In LucidSpark, I found that navigating around the board wasn’t very intuitive, and it took me a bit of time to figure out how to move around comfortably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped make our meetings more interactive and has allowed us to pull out more meaningful information from them.
Simple and Efficient for Diagrams, Needs Better AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite quicker to use for visualizing network flows and sequence flows compared to other tools like Cameo and Visio. I really appreciate how simple it is to use. I also like using Mermaid and UML features because they allow easy input from AI to get a starting point.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish a wider text box was available and maybe live editing (for code diagrams like UML and mermaid). Having my diagrams automatically be made into code would be amazing. Setting up an account was a pain with my internal SW management team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find it's quicker to see network and sequence flows than using Cameo. I like the simplicity and use mermaid and UML for easy AI inputs.

I give a big hand for simultaneous editing and virtual teamwork to build enthalling architectural masterpiece and designs that am really proud of.I love it for creating better diagrams that helps with epic presentations.I like it for versatile access from all my devices with cloud accessibility from anywhere.It's great with smooth intergration to Google suite offering us with a virtual workspace where we are able to work efficiently.

I love it's seamless intergration to Google suite as a virtual workspace for working on same projects and securely storing them.

Give a hand to this falcon-like solution that helps us to virtually collaborate with my team to build enthalling architectural designs.I am really fascinated with it for better diagrams that product epic presentations.Great for it's smooth intergration to Google Suit as my workspace where we all can access,store and edit our work from anywhere.
User-Friendly and Collaborative Experience, Minor Lag Issues
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating visuals for work presentations and meetings. It helps people who are more visual learners and allows me to quickly capture the attention of those with short attention spans. I love the ability to work with my coworker and find the platform user-friendly. Being able to easily collaborate on projects is a must in the environment I work in, and it makes things so much easier. The initial setup was very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
There seems to be a slight lag when collaborating or making big adjustments sometimes. That's the only thing that could be updated.
