What do you like best about the product?
Real time editing via multiple team members. Multiple templates, icons shapes and lines to select from

The libraries are not easy to find to create diagrams. The process to create and fill data in the tables is complex

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite automates repetitive tasks and workflows in real-time, saving time and improving productivity leading to high ROI. A lot of our teams work remotely in my organization and through this visual collab tool we are able to edit projects simultaneously enhancing real-time teamwork.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free bundle lack advanced features and upgrading to team builder is a bit steep compared to alternative tools.

Real-time automation and intelligent diagramming through Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite improve productivity by reducing manual workflow.
Excellent for Team Brainstorming, Minor Lag with Large Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid makes it so much easier to brainstorm and visualize ideas with my team in real time. The collaboration is smooth, the templates are super helpful, and the interface is easy to learn. It really helps turn confusion into clarity during planning sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some useful features are paywalled, and big diagrams can lag a little. Nothing major, but it could be smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful in collaborating with design teams when I am building websites. They send me the designs and i can smoothly transfer into actual web pages.
Easy to use and share
What do you like best about the product?
It was convenient to be able to add separate layers to the diagram. It was also easy to share and access other people's documents. Also, the fact that it was available on the browser and did not require me to download anything made the experience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more keyboard shortcuts for things and some of the formatting options felt a little buried. I had some issues with aligning objects in the beginning too.

The AI model was really helpful in finding a good place to start. It was easier to use than most other websites that are available for the same tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to be great for collaboration because it provides a platform where our team can share and edit a single document simultaneously. Its browser-based nature ensures easy accessibility and is well-suited for organizing our projects through detailed sheets. The setup process was straightforward despite a slight learning curve common with most software platforms. Overall, the organizational aspects, coupled with the ability for substantial customization, make it a standout tool.

Effortless Diagram Creation, Minor Sharing Friction
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create diagrams. Don't need training can start right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have to log in when sharing, sometimes there is friction if someone creates a board but forgets to turn on edit share mode

Good for demonstrating architectural diagrams, can draft sth up very quickly and share.
