ETLeap Scales Tech and Data with a Customer Focus
What do you like best about the product?
ETLeap as a product has the main focus around customer experience. The technology is there and scales beautifully to fulfill the needs of our business. The most important aspect of any piece of software is the customer support. ETLeap as a company nails this everytime. They are responsive, knowledgable and communicate concisely for any questions or issues we encounter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like anything I wish we had more control over costs. Even though the ETLeap team's support is amazing and their advice on costs is exactly what we need, I would like to have more information about the underlying technical aspects related to my pipelines. In their defense I am often listed as a poweruser and would like all of the information all of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ETLeap alllows us to correctly implement our data-mesh organizational structure and give our data producers control over their data without disrupting operations. Our consumers and producers now have a platform they can use to talk about the data ETLeap is transforming for them.
