What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate KnowBe4 for its engaging and interactive content, continuous phishing simulations, measurable results, extensive content library, and seamless integration with automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides is that the content can become repetitive as time goes on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 addresses the issue of human error in cybersecurity by enhancing user awareness and decreasing the likelihood of falling for phishing attacks. Additionally, it offers a platform that allows me to generate compliance reports related to user training.
Engaging Training Content That Drives High Completion Rates
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 offers a large library of videos, micro-learning modules, phishing simulations, posters, etc. The platform’s short, entertaining content gets us better feedback and completion rates from our staff, compared to more traditional compliance training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The library is very large, but not all modules have the same production quality. Some older content feels outdated or overly simplistic compared to newer ones. Moreover the admin dashboard is poor compared to other solutions on the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on KnowBe4 to deliver security awareness training to every member of our SaaS business unit. In addition, we use it to run phishing attack simulations, which help ensure our staff remain vigilant.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training features a straightforward website and a user-friendly dashboard, which make it very easy to keep track of immediate tasks and assignments, as well as view results from phishing tests. This simplicity enhances my experience as I use it to manage my security training without any complications. The platform helps me become a more secure user of my company's technology tools and information, ensuring I am up to date with all required security and privacy protocols. Additionally, the initial setup is extremely easy, requiring only a single sign-on from my company's system, which makes the whole process hassle-free. Overall, I appreciate how user-friendly the platform is, as I have not encountered any issues with its functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I don't like, but always love it when trainings are made as concise as possible without the fluff to try to make them "entertaining". I think KnowBe4 does a good job with this though.

A Must-Have for Comprehensive Cybersecurity Training
What do you like best about the product?
I find KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training to be extremely easy to use and very intuitive, which greatly enhances the overall user experience. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of tools that are both powerful and effective in cybersecurity training. It includes essential features such as phishing simulations and extensive training modules that individually and collectively bolster our organization's security awareness. We also invested in the FISHE ER module, which is instrumental in helping us report, identify, and remediate phishing emails. These tools have proven incredibly beneficial by ensuring our organization is compliant with security training requirements and reducing the likelihood of falling victim to phishing tactics and hacks. Moreover, the training helps educate all our staff to recognize malicious emails and other cybersecurity threats, making them more informed and prepared for potential situations. The assistance from product specialists has been invaluable, contributing to a seamless setup and ensuring we are continuously engaged and aware of security protocols. Overall, the training is immensely supportive in achieving our organizational security goals.

I don't like that it is not Free. Seriously, it is worth every penny!!

Engaging Content That Makes Security Training Enjoyable
What do you like best about the product?
KNOW BE4 offers a variety of content that helps make awareness programs engaging and prevents them from becoming boring. This variety ensures the learning process remains smooth and interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, KnowBe4 offers a limited selection of report models and graphs. As a result, if we want to generate certain reports, we first have to download the data as a CSV file and then manually create the report ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product helps raise awareness and allows me to conduct phishing tests.

What do you like best about the product?
The content that is provided is excellent and is great to share with staff. It looks well created. Tom Cunningham are Customer Success Manager has been great and really has shown us value in the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having an issue currently with a template error. It has been about 9 days since I submitted a ticket and have not heard back from support. I followed up and they still have not updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving us the ability to train staff on phishing. Gives us the ability for users to submit potentially dangerous emails.
Effortless Setup, Feature-Rich, and Outstanding Support for Security and GRC deployment!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is exceptionally easy to use and implement. Just takes 10 minutes, started using this weekly for security updates, has pompt customer support. Has many features and easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frakly there is nothing to-date which I dislike about what is provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 provides stage-by-stage weekly, monthly GRC and security awareness deployments for corporates. THe content provided includes illustartive videos, presentations and as such content is out of the box. The content be be immediately used for running human in person cybersecurity and GRC compaigns with minimum effort putdown.
Extensive Training and Customizable Phishing Tests Make It Stand Out
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the extensive range of training they offer. Additionally, I value the option to customize the phishing test emails for my users.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I find myself wishing there were more short training sessions available, each concluding with a test. I think this would help reinforce what I've learned.

KnowBe4 enables us to keep our users up to date on the most current and relevant threats, while also giving us the flexibility to customize training for each of our departments.
