Good training material.
What do you like best about the product?
The content and the scoring that we get from the tool. It is a great way to measure how we are doing as an organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. The content seems to be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to roll this out to all staff. We are also able to do a lot with the measurements.
KnowBe4 is all you need
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's platform has everything laid out for your security awareness program. It's very easy to setup a phshing campaign, link it to training, and report on metrics. It can do all of this and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about KnowBe4 is that the Scam of the Week emails have to be customized every week to include our branding, color scheme, and signature info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security Awareness training is helping us inform our employees of the threats out there each day. Phishing tests and training campaigs helps us get the message across with KnowBe4's vast content library found in the Modstore.
Great training concept and great training.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to identify users who need additional training, and the effectiveness of the training. The training engages users better than any other I've seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike. I'd like some reporting to be a little different, but otherwise I have nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Useing KnowBe4 is helping our organization be more consistatnly aware of the phishing threats and scams. It certainly helps keep end users on their toes.

Some of the newest features require an additional cost

Training the end users. It is working by the risk scores decreasing.

Flexible, fast, easy to use and effective.

Not able to create groups of learning modules (all campaigns are in a big list. Would be great to group assigned campaigns in "folders")

As a diamond package customer, we are seeing some features now requires additional upgrade like compliance training. Also there are not enough training material for the APAC market like PIPL compliance or alike. The training for developers also need to be refreshed and updated regularly as we do not see too many new contents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to meet compliance requirements and also increases the user awareness on security.

What do you like best about the product?
Trainigs are interactive with games. Also, there are posters and modules which we can use for our advisories

There are false positive result encountered due to wrong set up.

KnowBe4 is easy to use and deploy, backed by a team of experts dedicated to helping organizations improve their security posture. It offers a comprehensive suite of features, including:

Reporting and analytics lacks maturity towards ease of use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective solution for training end-users, especially towards phishing attacks and other social engineering threats. It helps us to meet compliance requirements, such as PCI DSS, HIPAA, and SOC-2.
Mediocre, some things are good and others are lacking.
What do you like best about the product?
Starting out, it was easy to find topics to apply. The bredth of topics was great. The phishing tests used to be a great measure of user awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phishing tests have lost their usefulness and are not indicitive of security awareness. The Training is very repetitive and finding new courses that have not been used before, or are quality productions, has become very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing compliance to industry standards, but now it is only compliance and no longer a value add.
A great tool for addressing & improving the human firewall
What do you like best about the product?
With the combination of training and phishing/fraud simulations we are able to objectively demonstrate the benefits of cybersecurity training and improve the organization's risk posture.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no issues with the training system; however, reporting in PhishER is virtually non-existant.
