Good SaaS with Great Information with some Flaws
What do you like best about the product?
Kick-starting the whole deployment, configuration and onboarding process is a breeze. A detailed Configuration guide for the administrator makes the entire process much more straightforward. Triggering wave after wave of Security Awareness Training is as simple as a few clicks, and reports generated after training are easily understandable by management rather than complex algorithms or technical terms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two downsides of the software: users are smart enough to navigate away from the browser to continue with their daily work, and they can skip the video until the end of the current video to complete the training. Security Awareness Training is not being maximised with the two flaws in place. Users are doing it just for the sake of achieving it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User Security Awareness to not fall prey to phishing scams. Bad actors are targeting more phishing scams than ever. More users aware of their security posture will reduce the impact on IT Resources and the widespread Internally Spread Phishing emails.
Attractive training materials for the users and easy to deploy and manage by IT people
What do you like best about the product?
Training is almost in every language, and for a global company, it helps to do uniform training worldwide.
What do you dislike about the product?
You must go to the higher subscription to get the best training pieces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The available materials to distribute to users and how easy it is to share them with a couple of mouse clicks. With other solutions, it was most challenging to find the appropriate material.
Conversely, the follow-up of the results by user and how his security score evolves, it's helpful to know where to put the focus.

The incredible roster of speakers it had and the information they shared.

I did not find anything negative of the entire event, it was well put together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have to reinvent the wheel regarding security awareness training; they have completely laid out the foundation for us to follow and keep it current.

Easy to use and even easier to learn about user vulnerability.

It’s relevant and not too long. It gets straight to the point and explains everything in clear, layman’s terms, which makes it easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of anything. It is really easy to use.

We assess user risk by collecting behavior data and then using it to create targeted information campaigns. This helps us better educate our users and strengthen our school’s cybersecurity overall.

I like the fact that it provides admins with the ability to fully customize their phishing campaigns and the wide variety of training videos for various topics.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be completely honest, I have not really found anything about KnowBe4's security awareness training that has not met my needs as a security admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has significantly reduced the risks within my organization when it comes to phishing and greatly increased the user awareness around our cybersecurity efforts.
KnowBe4 Wonderfully Improves End-Users Security Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
Informative, engaging, and insightful, helping end-users spot malicious phishing attemps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users may become overly suspicious and report emails that are actually okay but this is better than the alternative of not even detecting malicious ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to this KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training, our users were over 60% at risk for phishing attacks. That number illustrated that it was only a matter of time before our organization fell prey to malicious attackers. Now, with the training in place, our risk has dropped to 37.8%!
