Concise and interactive training
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked best about the training was that it was concise and interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing I disliked about the KB4 training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training our user base on current phishing, vishing, whaling, etc. techniques that malicious actors are employing thru email and phone calls.
Very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Haven't used much of anything training solution out there, but KnowBe4 was very easy to use for the admin side for IT and for Staff to use and access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding a single person to training. for example. There is an IT group training, and you want someone from HR group to take it to; you can't just add that one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have the problem of Staff not knowing the difference between a real email and what is fake. The training shows them how to spot fake emails, what to do, and what can happen if clicking or replying.
Great UI and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has highly customizable and brandable email, notification templates and certificates. It also has guided implementation that provides stepwise instructions mapped to specific dates that help achieve goals. The training content is robust and is based on the latest threat landscape.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find any specific downsides of using KnowBe4 for Security Awareness Training. For branding options, the logo upload did not go as smooth due to specific pixel size requirement which is very tiny and I wish there were more options for Certificate format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in educating end users of various technological skills about phishing attacks by simulated phishing emails. It helps in Policy acknowledement. It helps in enhancing security awareness various trainings, quizzes, security awareness newsletters and scam of the week newsletters.
Absolutely worth the price
What do you like best about the product?
The new Phishing templates makes it easy for me to find fresh new content to create Phishing emails to send to my users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see, automated reminders for those who have training due. Currently, I manually send out email reminders VIA the KB4 interface on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One interface gives me a full view of my users and how susceptible they are to falling for a Phishing email.
Solid product
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are many different training modules and that it easily imports into our LMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with all Security Awareness training I've tried, the administration seems far more cumbersome than it needs to be or should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training our employees to be more discerning about which email messages they interact with.
The best phishing simulation training platform available
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent support, awesome community templates, and many training options available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users have to be imported from another system. It would be nice to create our own user lists to keep accurate email addresses in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating our users on the dangers of clicking random links.
Excellent product and the ability to deploy a phishing test is a plus.

It helps in training the staff in a company and makes everybody aware of the threats that technology gets every day.

As of right now, there are no cons or anything that we dislike.

Helping users identify a security threat and how to deal with phishing emails.
Provides Certificates for Audit
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 provides certificates for audits when asked whether a user has completed a training or not. It is possible to tell how many people have completed trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many quizzes and tests in the middle of a video. Save the tests to the end so people can get through the content more quickly to free up their time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of users who take training, and those who don't. Meeting security training requirements for audits. Learning new topics on security and how to prevent security breaches.

What do you like best about the product?
The trainings are varied and easy to setup. It is easy to setup groups for specific trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Retiring an expired training for it's replacement training seems likes its harder that it has to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we first implemented the KnowBe4 simulated email phishing attacks our scores were pretty poor. The training has really improved our company awareness
Up to date and relevant Security Awareness Training
What do you like best about the product?
TheKnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is regularly updated to reflect current techniques bad actors are using. Interactive pieces help keep you engaged . This helps keep our organization secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is working well. I do not have any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps guard against phishing attacks, social engineering, and other techniques. It helps me keep current on new methods.
