KnowBe4 keeps training interesting with videos and other scenarios.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the videos and series keep the training interesting while still learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've enjoyed everything about KnowBe4 so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has helped our users tremendously. We have less users clicking on phishing emails and they are just overall more aware about cyber security.
The simplicity of KnowBe4 is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of setting up a phishing email campaign is so easy to do even when you are just starting! I was somewhat thrown into setting up campaigns when I started and KnowBe4 makes it so easy to look like you are a pro at doing it!
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the lack of training to assign afterwards. We do a phishing campaign every other month and it seems by the end of the year, I am scraping at the barrel to find phishing training to assign to failed users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our district to practice phishing training since education has been targeted more and more with phishing scams.

What do you like best about the product?
Works great for allowing us to quickly train users on security concerns in the public sector. Also great for highlighting things they can change at home to allow them to remain secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Users get confused by need for a different password and we can't change the password for them, they must use the Forgot my Password button. But that is easily done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to train users quickly and efficiently with quarterly security trainings. Also allows for random phishing attempts to see if users are paying attention to the trainings.

No real downsides I can think of. great selection and users are positive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For compliance reasons, we need all our users to attend and pass security awareness training annually, and this system makes that a breeze to accomplish.

What do you like best about the product?
Understands humans are the weakest link in Cybersecurity. Improvements in the product / its offerings to cater to the evolving and old threats that affect organisations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a little clunky to administer. Gap between latest "Cyber news threats" and what is being administered to employees. There needs to be a faster way to get such inputs in to the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even as an IT company, the cross section of employees are inadequately aware /skilled in detecting /acknowledging cyber threats that can affect them and the organisation. KNowBe4 address this squarely

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this to promote security awareness among users in our organization and to address the common vulnerability posed by human error. Additionally, we make it easier for end-users to report phishing emails by utilizing the PAB (Phish Alert Button).
As a first time user the product has generally been easy to use and navigate, and get started with.
What do you like best about the product?
Good content with education, and good range of templates for simulation. Easy to configure and get started with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some challenges with setting up Rules and Actions in Phish Alert - more so, hard to understand the data dictionary and how to structure things... more examples or suggested common rules would help. Perhaps community sharing of rules and actions would help with uptake for newbies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making users aware of various types of malicious phishing techniques enables them to learn about them safely. It also provide organisations with an indication of human weaknesses and what areas of education and improvement are needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Even though I get annoyed by the little training videos, they are always shorter and easier than I expected, and I've gotten better at the "phishing" exercises.
What do you dislike about the product?
The video content can feel repetitive. Even though it's probably good to double-enforce these concepts into employees' heads, it can take a while to get through the videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I know my office has collectively gotten better about recognizing fake emails after using this training program, so our organization has become a little more secure.
Entertaining, informative, and easy to complete
What do you like best about the product?
As a user, I enjoy the security awareness trainings. They are entertaining and do not require too much time, so they can be a nice quick break from work. We have used other training platforms in the past, and this one is better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy for me to access previously completed trainings. The dashboard is user friendly, but previous trainings seem to "disappear" and be inaccessible to review again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our employees aware and knowledgeable about IT and general risks. This benefits us to keep our company safe from IT threats. I find the trainings to be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The training provides insight into cyber security and phishing attacks that can be a risk to a company or personal usage. The training is beneficial to the understanding of all security risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training is beneficial, but possibly more slides or presentations are always helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving possible risks and factors that some are unaware of with cyber threats to the company. But can be helpful to all in personal usage.
