Trainings people get excited to watch
What do you like best about the product?
The platforn is intuitive and has all the right featuers. SSO integration, Azure user provisioning, automatic enrollment and reporting. On top of that the content is solid and some of the videos are actually fun to watch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inside man video track is great in that they have a solid idea of doing a season-based approach and storyline. This gets users excited, but some of the videos have little to no IT security training value, and you wonder why you are watching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the compliance requirement for end-user training and provides a platform that IT does not have to develop and upkeep. It also provides a phishing platform to test users.

What do you like best about the product?
There is so much content available that you can find anything your company needs regarding cybersecurity. The options range from presentations to short skits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the content choices can be overwhelming to sort through and decipher the best option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us provide ongiong training and records a specific log of all activity for us.

Lots of information, entertaining, concise. Easy for staff to complete lessons and assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lessons can sometimes be repetitive, but I guess that is a good thing at reinforcing key concepts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Risk of data breach, viruses, etc.

Makes IT security training easy and streamlined

No issues with the platform itself. Perhaps a more noticeable way for employees to know they need to complete as training.

I like how real the phishing emails look and I also appreciate the fact that it makes you take a cybersecurity course if you fail. This teaches the office about things to look for in scam emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit to configure in order to spoof your records on your mail server, but once you get it going, it is such a valuable tool. Other than that, no cons about this product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keep the team all on the same page and presents everything that you need all in a nicely built dashboard. All of the analytics are included and centralization is key.
Good for Periodic Security Training for Employees
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is a handy tool that offers regular cyber and security training to employees. It's simple to use and offers videos and tests designed to improve retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the site can feel a little dated on the user's end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product solves the issue of needing a formalized system to provide security training for company employees and utilizes multimedia and tests.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about KnowBe4 security awareness training is it's thorough ease and simplicity in communicating vital points about the serious need for action with knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me there is nothing to dislike. I've found there is an easy operation with this solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This security awareness training is allowing our team to understand the benefits of awareness. We have had fewer incidents and concerns because of its implementation.

Tracking details that are available in the dashboard. It provides an instance visual as to where our risk reside.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. It all seems to be working well for us.

Annual security awareness training with an assessment as well as periodic phishing exercises required by our cyber insurance carrier.
Great product for building a Cyber Security Awareness Program
What do you like best about the product?
The product offering is easy to setup and configure. Included is a feature to help companies plan their deployment and get the most out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training is pretty heavily focused on United States.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All employees play a part in maintaining the companies cyber security posture. KnowBe4 allows us to provide training and test our staff in order to reduce our risk exposures.
