I always recommend KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
At every job I've ever worked, I've recommended KnowBe4 if it is not already in place. The training is engaging, comprehensive, and easy to administer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the primary, most helpful training should be updated yearly at least to provide fresh content for annual training. There are enough options to offer varied training, but the defaults and included training should be updated more often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Informing users of security concerns to the business and fulfilling compliance obligations for security training. We are also using the new module that allows for instant training on risky behavior.

the short videos have an incredible message and the time for these videos is enough to learn what we are studying

i can see that you have more English version than other languages

I cannot think of any downsides to using KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. The only thing that might be considered less helpful is that it can be time-consuming to go through all the content, however, this is necessary to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the material.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is an invaluable resource for organizations looking to protect their data from security threats and stay compliant with regulations. It provides comprehensive content, interactive modules, and gamified quizzes that make learning enjoyable. Additionally, detailed analytics and reports are available to measure the effectiveness of the training. This has been incredibly beneficial for me in understanding the security measures I should be taking to protect my organization's data.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has a broad number of training modules, documentation and supporting movieclips to make your employees aware of the risks of social engineering.
The tool offers possibilities to send phishing mails, make use of physical threats like QR code scanning and USB and analyze the results.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the provided trainingmodules are too simplistic and do not allign with the actual situation.
Reporting abilities are limited; it doesn't provide us the flexibility to create the reports we would like to see without manual intervention (in Excel)

Review of KnowBe4 Platform
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great protal/ hub of all things seucurity awareness. It has multiple providers submitted content, multi-language and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That peiece I have not come across as yet. I think from a compliance perspective an all in one solution - for now its faultless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not logged any issues for now. I would ideally love to spend more time using the product but other hats in my current role keep me busy!

Easy to configure campaigns. Easy to send notifications to the people involved in those training.

I think the tool must have more personalization.

Easy synthetic phishing and training videos
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to template the synthetic phishing campaigns and customise the language in the emails. The schedule and categories makes it easy to set and forget
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost - it's not a cheap product, and some of the services are included in other service contracts I have with other providers. I guess its a premium product - so that is to be expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it as our onboarding / welcome to IT cybersecurity for all of our users that have an email address. This is in place of us having to create and manage the content ourselves.
Best cybersecurity training out there
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, clear diagrams and drawings, timely content, and quiz questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that we can't mandate this training to be reviewed by our users more than once a year. Maybe smaller modules can be devised that could be used as refresher courses?

It is educating users about threats and how to recognize them. We also user the phishing component to good effect.
