What do you like best about the product?
We are able to test our team members with email campaigns and then be able to provide remedial training for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that for some reason KnowBe4 will report that some users had click and opened the urls in the test message when they did not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue is getting users to understand their email and not to click anything in the email if they don't know who it is from
A complete package for security awareness
What do you like best about the product?
A huge collection of security trainings to select from, options to choose based on the type and duration of the training suiting the needs. Save the GRC Team a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike, but if there is a possibility of customizing the trainings and allow them to make them more company branded. It would be a great asset to have for building trainings.

teaches and informs the right concepts and the relevant ones that are appropriate for the time, the market and the newer concepts and security awareness matertial thats needed.

nothing, as far as i know knowbe4 is probably the best and the top notch security awareness teaching platform that is comparable to any best of the best solutions out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tecahing and creating awarenss across the enterprise to know, act and react based on the bad actors out there that are constantly getting better at the security vulnerability.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowing details on users' habits regarding phishing and scam attempts is valuable information you receive from incorporating KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training into your toolbag. Reports provided after using the scheduled phishing campaigns are detailed and specific, allowing you to focus on staff who need more assistance than others to stay safe online.
What do you dislike about the product?
KnowBe4 has many features, upgrades and choices available. Like any user learning new software, there is a significant learning curve that takes time to understand how all the pieces fit together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has targeted all our staff members through specific and originally crafted phishing campaigns. It has clearly pinpointed which staff need more attention and training on staying alert and recognizing electronic threats.
I love the ability to conduct different campaigns and give real life examples to my staff.

It helps give the staff something to look for.

I would like more detail in explanations.

What do you like best about the product?
The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is the best that I've come across in the Corporate environment and by far superior to the in-house training we initially had.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there hasn't been anything to dislike about KnowBe4 Security Awareness training. We've been using this since 2020, and up to date, there haven't been any complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is made mandatory when new users start employment at our company. The ease of use and managing available training make this a definite choice over in-house options.

KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training offers a broad range of videos with smart functions, such as smart groups and quite easy to use console.

-Smart groups creation laggy, slow and sometimes unresponsive

It helps to educate users about cyber threats and increases their awareness.
Raising Employee Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
The training modules are relatively short and sweet. They make the point without excessive techno-jargon, and the examples used are easily relatable to real-world experiences. The users have a significantly higher level of awareness now, when compared to before we stared using KnowBe4.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. One of the unanticipated outcomes of the training, has been that users are so concerned about phishing threats, that they tend to react to any unsolicited email as phishing. This has led to a high incidence of false-positive phish reports to our help desk team. As a result, we have had to scramble to find information on how to tell the difference between phishing, spam and junk solicitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users are more careful about what they click on in their emails. They are more aware, so they look and think before they click. We have seen a reduction in malware throughout the organization. We are also seeing a reduction in the frequency and severity of attacks on our networks and systems.
