Great experience with KnowBe4. They provide quality training
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use w/ their platform. Very easy to use. I appreciate the quality of the training they put together and how they stay current with industry trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to export more training items from KnowBe4 that could be ingested into other platforms for training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 allows us to utilize the training they put together, so we don't have to do it ourselves. This makes the team more productive, because we don't have to focus on putting training together to meet our regulatory requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and engaging enough to keep users interested.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were really no problems with the training that I could identify.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a trusted vendor for Security Awareness Training, and KnowBe4 fits the bill and does it well! We've used other vendors but have been most satisfied with KnowBe4's solution.
Beating Industry Standards One Training at a Time.
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 makes it easy to publish and edit security awareness trainings. The trainings have made improvements to overall security awareness in the company, which can be quantified by running phishing campaigns through the same system. KnowBe4 worked with us to implement one of their trainings in our already established training software, so we didn't have to have two systems for training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other solutions on the market, there is nothing bad to be said about KnowBe4's approach to security awareness training. Cost may be a factor for some smaller companies, with many features locked within higher payment tiers, but the product is worth it to prevent potential millions in losses from a successful phishing and potential ransomware attack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we implemented the trainings, we were using in-house developed solutions. KnowBe4 allows for a more engaging training experience that keeps the end user interested in actually learning about security and the flags to look out for on incoming emails.
The KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training are Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
The Inside man videos are my favorite part of the KnowBe4 Security Awareness training. Those are immensely helpful and make users engaged and teach them at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't dislike anything about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training. The videos and material that KnowBe provides is beneficial, and users need to be educated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem in my line of work is that users are always opening baited emails before clicking on the bait. After they click on the trick, it is now too late. Users need to be aware of phishing emails.
Excellent Site for Compliance Training
What do you like best about the product?
The training modules are "bite-size" and interactive, using videos and real-world scenarios to train our employees on the best ways to avoid security/compliance issues. I also appreciate the detailed dashboards that give real-time visibility of my organization's performance and an overall risk assessment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind; the site is straightforward and has no issues to mention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training is helping immensely with overall security awareness, including a focus on the most significant areas of concern - phishing, fraud, working from home safely and handling sensitive information.
KnowBe4 is an amazing tool for cybersecurity awareness.
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 gives us the ability to educate our staff on the elements of cybersecurity safety with a high level of professionalism. Many others we looked at were cartoonish and too elementary for all of our staff. KnowBe4 is effective high quality, professional training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of KnowBe4 is more than other solutions. That is something we had to wrestle with, is the ROI for our district worth it. We decided yes. That being said, there are levels of product for various budgets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is what we use for cybersecuirity awareness training in addition to phishing (with active remediation for those who fail the phishing attempt) and backend phish/spam alert monitoriing (PhishER).

The ease of customizing training emails and assigning training to employees
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a downside but the phiserER auto response could be a managed product offering to review and contact employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4's solution is showing our employees how to research and discover bad emails and links on their own. In the past, these would have been sent over for manual review which takes time.
Top-Tier Cybersecurity Training Platform
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 makes cybersecurity training simple and informative. They offer a variety of training content and information, and the way that they set up these pieces of training keeps the users engaged with the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't have many negative things to say about this platform, we have been very pleased with it's functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the knowledge that this training has provided our users, they have become very observant of the types of emails they receive. Our users are now able to spot a phishing email a mile away!
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up, easy for users to use. Has good information for employees to learn. Interactive training.
What do you dislike about the product?
lower memberships don't let you customize as much with trainings and phishing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me provide security awareness training to all of my employees. It benefits me because it teaches said employees to look out for suspicious emails and links.
Good information on security and awareness training
What do you like best about the product?
There are many different webinars and emails shared with good information on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the actual phishing emails can be unfair when its coming from your boss and similar to what you are used to seeing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep our systems safe from online attacks or intruders.
