Very Relevant and Simple to Understand Training in Today's World
What do you like best about the product?
I think the most helpful is the up-to-date information on various threats that are popular today.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! I think everything is great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping those without technical background on the latest security threats and how to protect against them.
KnowBe4 is a valuable part of our cyber security action plan.
What do you like best about the product?
The most important aspect is it truly educates our staff on phishing awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have experienced is our staff is getting training fatigue. No so much due to KnowBe4 but in conjunction with other online training we require.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outside of the training, which is fantastic, it complies with our insurance carrier's requirements for on-line phishing training.

It provides relatable content to educate our team members at all levels about various cyber security related topics.

What do you like best about the product?
Examples of phishing and exercises. I like that you provide us with the SCORM package.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I think it is good. It could look a little more modern but doesn't detract from the content.

What do you like best about the product?
The videos are engaging. The users enjoy watching them. We do not receive any complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to educate almost 700 users across 6 locations and multiple remote locations.
Great support. Great content in training and the phishing campaigns have been great.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can pinpoint on what you are subscribed to see but at the same time see what is not available to you. I like that there are so many different ways to push the training. Either in training content that has 3 together or individually if you try to break it up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could customize or request to customize based on your companies policies.

It is helping solve our overall security awareness training to include phishing and phishing campaigns.
Excellent curated list
What do you like best about the product?
The training courses I've seen are well made and informative. It can be hard to find content with relevant information but this has really good content. I am working with my team to expand our training program to include these training courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
My users. They get the email and think it is phishing. I have had difficulty getting users to log in for the course. That is a lack of communication on our end tho
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security is a very wide topic. These trainings can specialize a bit better and provide more and better details. In our case it was the phishing emails. We are wanting to help get our users trained up on how to identify phishing emails.
Great learning tool with good opportunities to develop even better
What do you like best about the product?
The tool has good selection of content and surveys and reporting features, and once the techincal integrations are sorted, like AD sync, it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the content is outdated in the message. Some issues with user attributes mapping in modern Azure AD, and certain system limitations makes way for future improvement areas.

Understanding the current security culture of the organisation and developing dedicated training plan.
Comprehensive and Necessary for All Organizations
What do you like best about the product?
What I most like are the model of awareness and culture that KB4 brings to the market. It's not onl a platform, it's a set of information that may be adopted using the transformation awareness model brought by Perry Carpenter and KB4.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss more gamification options, more fun activities for our users and a reward model that an be adopted by companies to recognize engaged users and promote more engament.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's changing the lack of Security Culture and making people behavior in a safe maner due to the threats. It's a disruptive and innovative model. It's making history.

The KnowBe4 Security Training is perfect for our end users. The training campaigns can be customized to how we deliver training, and there is always customizable, relevant content to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides! You can upload and customize your own if you do not find the specific content you are looking for. Always something to learn on the platform, A great experience!
