Good Experience and Content
What do you like best about the product?
Good experience and Content.I've used it in other companies and it's always improved over time

I don't have a dislike. I'm a fan of the solution and have recommended it to other companies

Knowledge is essential to ensure the security of companies. Knowledge + Practice = Success
Easy to implement and monitor
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact it is simple to use, both for training campaigns and phishing tests. Reporting is also great, showing real time status of the ongoing campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a huge amount of training modules, which are difficult to select to create specific campaigns. Some are redundant, or too generic, it would be nice to have the possibility to customize some content with rebranding or by modifying some messages
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance requirements , increasing security awareness for staff. I am benefiting by using the available content and modifying it as necessary to adapt it to the organization needs
Simple but Effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like the user interface. This allows for simple, easy navigation to be able to set up a campaign, training etc with ease while doing other parts of job and knowing i can easily continue where i left off
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that i can target Subsets of employees easily with the creation of groups and management of the groups and clikers from within the console
The only improvment i would say is to sync with Office 365 rather than on prem AD as this ADI connector can sometimes be a little troublesome

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to help us train our staff internally about the dangers of social engineering and about the risks of clicking on suspicious links from emails

What do you like best about the product?
Training the Trainer, Training End User, Simulation Phishing Attacks and then matching up your business with industry standards keeps you well updated and gives comfort about your IT Security Standards.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no reason for disliking this product; I've been using it for the past 2+ years, and I have confidence that this product brings education to my employee to be cyber aware; phishing awareness has become awsome since onboarding with KnowBe4.

I've achieved a 98% score for conducting IT Awareness Session, which is all time's highest score, and I was able to track 2% of employees who were not able to do a session and got them to redo the session, hence the result in oriented and driven tool - KnowBe4

Excellent Security Awareness and Phishing Simulation Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple, user-friendly and to the point. The contents are excellent, and almost all the topics are covered
What do you dislike about the product?
Email triage and filtering options are not as good as the competitors and a lot of room for improvement

It improved our over information security awareness program and uplifted users' awareness levels. The contents are exciting and users don't feel bored

Knowbe4 provides a goldmine of configurable training information ranging from Phishing tactics to Hardware security, which enables us to direct specific trainings to certain populations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 assists us in understanding the company's overall security awareness maturity. This allows us to target the right populations with the appropriate trainings.
Second, Knowbe4 assists us in meeting certain compliance standards by training developers on topics such as the OWASP top 10.

A Great Cyber Awareness Program
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can do all of my onboarding, Cyber awareness Training and policy management on one platform as well as constantly fine-tune and review in a straightforward platform, is fantastic
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say a bad thing about it, to be honest. It works well, and it's very user-friendly. Easy to set up and with Great support, almost in real time.Thanks for all that you do .

Cyber awareness, phishing and Ransomware training and testing, onboarding and IT Policy management
Training is friendly and effective, for people with or without an IT background.

I like that it creates more employee awareness and increases the organization's security by reinforcing the most vulnerable sector. It not only professionally helps employees, but it also protects them with their personal email and digital life
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes some training courses have too many concepts, and some of them don't apply to the organization, it would be great to have individual modules (e.g. phishing, tailgating, smishing) and select them to create your own course
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase awareness and overall security, decrease the chance of having a user clicking on a bad link and compromising the entire organization as well as protect users in their day to day digital life
A must have for security awareness
What do you like best about the product?
I have used KnowBe4 security awareness training in many workplaces I've worked for, and I have to say sometimes the effectiveness of having a good security awareness training can be better than security products. Most of the cyber attacks come from lack of user education and clicking on links and as a result of phishing attacks and without training, users may easily fall into attackers plans. There must be more emphasise on this type of awareness trainings
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall not much complaints , though reporting features can improve and the trainings may take some time to get used to for users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To increase users and staff awareness of different social engineering attacks and reduce risk of users to click on malicious links and open malicious attachments.

What do you like best about the product?
The time you guys take to keep me informed of possible phishing attacks as well as your "Inside Man" series. A lot of information packed in a pretty well acted series.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will say that there are a lot of emails sent to me throughout the week. Considering everything else I have to do on a daily basis, it's just a lot. Other than that, all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just helping me watch out for all the malicious emails that may try to hack my work and personal computers. Didn't know that there were so many different ways to have my identity stolen.
