Very good product
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 help us to reduce the manual work needed to review phishing reports for users with the PAB button for Gmail and the training have had good results reducing incidents of users with their emails
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interface of the tool could be improved, in the training it should be stated more clearly the difference between Spam and phishing and what actions should be followed in each case
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing the incidents of users clicking in malware sent by email
KnowBe4 has been easy to work in and consistent with updates and information.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part for me is the reporting that I see on my dashboard for the employees in our company. I can see the active risk levels and make the proper changes to the training modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can sometimes be confusing to get to the settings I am looking to change. For example, when I want to add a user to a group, instead of being able to add them from their user profile, I have to find them in the User tab, and check the box next to their name, then add to the group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One problem that KnowBe4 solves for me is it educates our company on phishing attempts and continues to check their knowledge by sending test emails. This benefits me because I am able to see the results of the training and testing by receiving the notifications from the people that phish their emails.
Top choice for security awareness training
What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive training due to the wide range of training modules also helps to hold the attention and ensure that we retain the information. I found this really helpfull!
What do you dislike about the product?
Length of training modules are lengthy and sometimes is hard to find the time to review it, I would also like to have some hands-on training so all the concepts are applied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training content is designed to educate me about various security threats and best practices, which can help me become more aware of potential security risks and how to mitigate them.
User training and Phishing templates
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of the security training is it does help to complete audit requirements. Helping to teach users about being more aware to phishing attempts and the like.
What do you dislike about the product?
The difficulty with adding the SSO feature with Okta.... Users still need to be manually added unless they choose to go to knowbe4.com on their own. This makes it difficult to really use SSO effectivly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 helps solve my organizations personnel and staffing issues. Being able to train new employees on security standards is a big thing with my company and shareholders.
Helpful tools for security training and threat prevention
What do you like best about the product?
There are lots of choices for training. There are videos, posters, games, and information sheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the screens are awkward and cause extra scrolling in PhishER.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides training for our staff so that they can be the front line in preventing security breaches.
We have only been a client for a few months, and we are very impressed with the content variety

The content variety is great, the phishER is very unique. Out client manager Ariel is so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the platform were made just a bit more user friendly. Even with the training it's just too much to remember, we would be lost without our account manager
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy to launch identical campaigns for the English and French speakers. It's the law in Canada, and we are bending it right now.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that the training is such that a basic user can understand and benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to say. The users have only complained when they felt tricked, but it was one of the best learning experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing problems. Our users are learning to check before they click.
Intuitive to setup and maintain. Efficient and effective.
What do you like best about the product?
The software just works, and its effectiveness is easily measurable. We can even take real-world phishing emails and turn them into templates for testing our employees. This is critical when training staff on what to look for regarding actual phishing emails attempting to compromise our network.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't easy to come up with anything here. We had some initial capabilities we wanted that didn't exist, but KnowBe4 does a good job of adding valuable features to this platform, and have addressed the items we desired, such as smart groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security awareness training focused on phishing - arguably the most dangerous cyber threat to any organization currently. Our training fail rates easily demonstrate how effective this platform can be with a little time investment.
Helped curb phishing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to launch phishing campaigns to test end users' training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. We have had no trouble with the software.

Helping to train and educate end users on email security.
Great security awareness!
What do you like best about the product?
End users are the number one security risk in a network. KnowBe4 provides the training and tools to keep our users informed. The email phishing training and wifi security tools are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The AD sync tool works well, but the setup is pretty technical. It would be easier if a GUI handled the configuration instead of a config file and a windows service to handle the sync.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 helps me train my users to be more conscious of common threats. This training removes that burden from me, allowing me to focus on my tasks.
