Strong Product - Strong Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to understand where challenges are happening and what is causing confusion and issues is the start of the security scan and remediation. It is an ongoing effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more and more of the product and functionality. I believe the current UI is very simple and easy, but I am sure there are some more difficult reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are new to the cloud and while we will be transitioning from on-prem to the cloud we need to make sure we are covered, especially because we work with PHI. We need to make sure that we are doing our due-dilligence.
Rapidly and Efficiently Train Users How to Recognize Phishing / Social Engineering Scams.
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to easily view the progress of our users and generate compliance reports via the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The marketing material looks like SPAM / Phishing E-mails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Regulatory compliance requires users to receive regular CyberSecurity training.

Some of the content is not specifically designed for educators.

It would be more effective if the training videos were different yearly instead of the same ones year after year.

What do you like best about the product?
Training videos are interesting and it is easy to get staff interested in security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating a training program at an organization is complicated and it would be nice to be able to work with a team at KnowBe4 to help build the program out, check the status, and make changes as the program evolves over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Members of our staff do not always realize that they could be a target for cyber crime, but the awareness training helps to educate them.
Solid security awareness platform
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is continually updating its offerings and courses and how to deliver them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the modules assume that your organization is a for-profit in the corporate world. I would like more learnign mdules and phishing tests that are relevant to non-profits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our employees to take security seriously. Users ask more questions about suspicious emails.
Engaging for raising caution and awareness
What do you like best about the product?
It communicates powerfully to end users that they should be aware about the threats that exist for trying to infiltrate companies and possible tactics used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users have said that sometimes they'd appreciate more facts and educational information presented during The Inside Man series.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even with technology and automated processes, people will always remain a part of businesses and as a result KnowBe4 provides training for end users to make themselves aware of attacks that people may try leveraging against them.
Excellent product for phishing simulations
What do you like best about the product?
The use of real phishing emails as templates to send out to your user base allows you to inform and educate staff on the latest trends. The ability to send emails to individuals or highly vulnerable groups is another great feature that helps drive home the message about what users should be looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, there has been more of an emphasis on templates in languages other than English. While I understand their desire to expand into more markets, I would like to see more effort put into adding additional templates in English. Also, I cannot filter templates, so I only see one language. Lastly, no domains have been added to the list or URLs used in the phishing emails. Advanced users spot the existing domains right away, spoiling the surprise element.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is used for phishing awareness training. Customizing the phishing tests has allowed me to gain insights into what users are clicking on and create education campaigns to reduce that behavior. It also allows me to report on how our organization is performing versus similar size companies in our industry.

What do you like best about the product?
The training module selections and customer Service Reps' assistance with setting up training campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some issues with the date/time formatting. The initial setup used the 24hr time format; later, a different admin changed it to the 12 hr format. The change did not propagate to all users, and a templated email for training ended up confusing users...half of them received the mm/dd/yyyy format, and the other half received the dd/mm/yyyy format. It would be helpful to have the option to set changes like this across the board.

It provides the solution for our Company-wide security initiative regarding training users and automating the reporting, tracking, and clearing of phishing email messages.
