Great experience so far

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to train the organization's employees without having to go through difficult use. The employees find the training valuable and helpful. They are able to provide feedback on what they liked and didn't like. I also really enjoy the fact that we can set up different phishing campaigns. It allows for the different difficulties of phishing, so if your easier is pretty versed in phishing, you can make it harder for them to figure out. You can also change the landing pages of phishing campaigns. You can tell the user that they clicked a phishing email or just act as if the page lost connection to the web and will give an error.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limitation in new training or the variety of training that we can use. For example, for cybersecurity, there are only about 4 different modules and I would like to see more. We do our training triannually and currently, we are making our employees do the same training every time. I would like to be able to have the users do different training every time. This would allow different information to be shown to our employees without having to create different training modules for each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The knowledge that they hold as a whole. They are learning to become human firewalls. There wasn't a security culture here prior, and now we are developing one with the help of knowbe4.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly build training campaigns that are automated. If you build it out properly, you can leave it and go. Especially with the integration to AD, New Hire training is now super simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
They took away text message phishing campaigns. Also, there isn't much to dislike, but it would be great to make training a little more customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Standing up security awareness training, especially with phishing campaigns, is a tremendous help in reducing end-user risk. Allows us to track which end users need more assistance with phishing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to do custom branding of the KnowBe4 training. We have recently started a remedial clicker training for those who fail their phish test. I like that phish testing can lead to further training for those who need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training does not fit well with my organization, but with the wealth of training, there are good options for my staff. Remembering the steps to set up the branding can be challenging since I do not do it often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training has put my staff on guard for phishing and scam emails. It has induced paranoia about incoming emails, but we have fewer calls because of colleagues falling for email scams.

What do you like best about the product?
Content availability and ease of administration. The reporting is excellent and easy to create and read.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest complaint we have as an organization is that there tends to be too much content, and some need a bit of refreshing. Tech is changing, and it's tough to stay relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized place to grab and publish makes my job as the Information Security Manager that much easier. I can focus on additional tasks knowing my end users are getting appropriate training and awareness.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 makes management of our cyber security awareness program simple and straightforward as we can set up both our phishing campaigns and training campaigns from one easy to use console.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because knowbe4 has so much training available within the console it can be difficult at times to locate the training you want once you have added it to your library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 is helping us to mature our cyber security awareness program by assisting with locating quality trainings that meet our operational goals and also allows us to obtain useful reporting for our compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to track and organize training and compliance much more efficiently than be fore we had KnowBe4
What do you dislike about the product?
Always prefer a lower cost. Have bee happy with the product and support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially improved our cyber security training and employee education. Identified high-risk employees and targeted additional training. We then added it to our HR department to organize and manage our employee HR compliance and annual training.

What's not to love about KnowBe4?

What do you like best about the product?
The best collection of Phishing templates and educational materials all in one place. It is so easy to get training material to end users or setup a phishing campaing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the reports available leave a little to be desired. Another thing would be able to easily add an email address to a user. We had to create fake emails since not all users have company emails. But then sometimes users end up getting emails and we would have to create a new user and then merge the two users. A little cumbersome and time consuming. It would be nice to be able to just add an email address as the primary email so they can be part of the phishing campaigns since it uses the primary email and not the alias.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 allows us to easily create a phishing campaign or send out training education materials. From videos to posters and emails, knowbe4 gives you what you need to be able to educate users.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and provides many ways to help you get everything up quickly. Analyzing user training, both phishing and security awareness, allows us to provide easy metrics to upper level leadership on how the program is progressing.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do need some work regarding security awareness training reporting by group. We have found that gathering historical data by group/department is slightly cumbersome compared to how easily it is obtained for phishing based tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help us solve two major problems. The first is covering specific security topics mandated by various cybersecurity frameworks that we adhere to. The second is by automated phishing tests which helps maintain a high level of competency on our end users without overburdening security staff.

What do you like best about the product?
This training platform is so vital to the safety of our business. I like that we can ramp up the complexity over time. The best feature is the ability to review results with end users who fail a phishing campaign. You can reopen the email they clicked on, then turn on the red flags function which shows what the user should have picked up on. We meet with each of our employees who fails a phishing campaign and review what they opened. As a result, we have seen a significant improvement in our phishing campaign score, which we know is protecting our environment from bad actors. Could not recommend this service more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there that users were immediately launched into an educational video after failing a phishing exam. It would be great if this video were tailored to the exploit they fell for. We can do this training with the end user after the fact, but if it were instant, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a large sales staff and receive hundreds of customer inquiries daily from small mom-and-pop businesses. We frequently receive questionable content via email, and this service helps educate our users to be careful with what they click on. This benefits our organization tremendously, as no technical control is as valuable as good end-user training.

What do you like best about the product?
having central location to consolidate our training for end users and seeing campaign feedback

nothing, the only downside would be the gui of the web app can be comfusing for some, ive seen co-workers who couldnt figure out how to clear out a campaign after 6 months.
