What do you like best about the product?
I like that the program is fairly automated. Just setup your Phishing Tests and monthly Training and off you go. I also like that content is added or updated pretty frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our end users do get tired of the constant training, but that happens with a lot of training programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This adds a line of defense, the user, into your security program. Having trained end users definitely helps to stop them from opening/clicking on things when they shouldn't.

What do you like best about the product?
the ease of access to the system and ability to find things on the portal with ease. the campaign and modstore have a great variety to choose from and are helpful to our employees
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the posters or flyers for use seem to be a bit easy, as in not as informative or child-like for company use. maybe get a way to get our company logo into campaigns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
phishing being the most targeted attack to companies, the campaign created to train employees has been effective and helped lower our company risk score and stay safe.
It´s been a useful tool for cibersecurity trainning and awareness program.

Trainnig is very useful and individual risk scoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
AD sincronization .. user reduced view of risk .. and risk management should be more flexible and formula should be indicated more clearly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trainning and phishing simulation.
Great platfrom, easy to manage with a lot of automation
What do you like best about the product?
The automation part, integration with o365 and PhishER. All items are linked together and you can donwload content for local digital signage and creating awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
PhishER is a bit limited and should recognize early reported messages which are the same. Some games are difficult to perform for end users which are not into games at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetative awarness sessions around topics which are very easy to understand for specialist, becomes also easy to understand for not IT colleagues due to the simplicity of the training content.
Overall the training and instructors are very clear and good in delivering the right content

The topics are very well choosen, they are clear and not to hard for users without any technical background.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point i havent come accross anything i did not like during these trainings

Th eknowb4 training is helping to fill in a knowledge gap for a lot off people. For me as a CISO i love the proffesional help i am getting to do so

What do you like best about the product?
vast amount of videos, posters, various trainings that are localized into our language. Grat platform, easy to use. Affordable pricing. We have not checked competitors, knowB4 does it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing :) We are fully satisfied. Everything works well. Our requirements are fully covered.

Continuous delivery of awareness. We as IT guys are not that creative so its good that we have pre made content that covers important topics.

Unable to link KnowBe4 training completions to employee profile in TechnologyOne platform. I have to assign training and record completions manually. Very frustrating and time-consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, and to be able to create simulations using your own domain is a massive plus. We have done one simulation and have grabbed half the company!
What do you dislike about the product?
The ADISync is not very multi domain friendly unfortunately, and it takes a while to get it working. This has been raised with Knowbe4 support and they are helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is solving the issues of daily life within the cyber world. It has benefited me and my team as we are always learning new items within the world that was not known to us.

What do you like best about the product?
Yeah, it's been Ten months of using the Knowbe4 to learn the security issues about tackling problems, like what to do if we get mail from an unknown person with Phishing links; with these real-time stimulation classes, I have learned many things regarding spam, phishing, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any issues with using this learning platform, but the only suggestion I would prefer is if there are any mail alerts for incomplete sessions. It would be so helpful for me because I forgot to complete the sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't gotten bored any time using this platform because the sessions they provide on security are exciting and engaging to listen and participate.
