Knowbe4 training platform has become a great success in our organization
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of customizing training emails and assigning training to employees
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a downside but the phiserER auto response could be a managed product offering to review and contact employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4's solution is showing our employees how to research and discover bad emails and links on their own. In the past, these would have been sent over for manual review which takes time.
Top-Tier Cybersecurity Training Platform
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 makes cybersecurity training simple and informative. They offer a variety of training content and information, and the way that they set up these pieces of training keeps the users engaged with the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don't have many negative things to say about this platform, we have been very pleased with it's functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the knowledge that this training has provided our users, they have become very observant of the types of emails they receive. Our users are now able to spot a phishing email a mile away!
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up, easy for users to use. Has good information for employees to learn. Interactive training.
What do you dislike about the product?
lower memberships don't let you customize as much with trainings and phishing platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me provide security awareness training to all of my employees. It benefits me because it teaches said employees to look out for suspicious emails and links.
Good information on security and awareness training
What do you like best about the product?
There are many different webinars and emails shared with good information on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the actual phishing emails can be unfair when its coming from your boss and similar to what you are used to seeing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To keep our systems safe from online attacks or intruders.
We're relatively new customers, but onboarding was simple and vendor support has been strong so far.
What do you like best about the product?
End users have well received it for being relevant and not too disruptive (short and to the point).
What do you dislike about the product?
The AD integration is a bit more complicated than other platforms we've integrated with. The group filters are a bit cumbersome if you need complex user filters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Cybersecurity insurance provider drove our decision as a matter of compliance. However, it has been beneficial in assessing employee knowledge and ensuring our staff remains vigilant.
Security Awareness Program Solved
What do you like best about the product?
The completeness of the solution made it possible for us to launch the security awareness training program in less than a month. We had tried alternative approaches but they fell short on some critical area.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training library is large - managing it can be a little time consuming as you most likely will end up writing down the training names before you enter them into the awaraness program as trainings. Some user interface improvements there would be nice - although this was never a show stopper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues with phishing, security trainings, PII awareness and generally providing our employees insight into whats important in the field of security today. We even got to use KnowBe4 materials in our digital signage.

Security Awareness for our employees, informational and active testing
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Platform Review
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to automate phishing simulations is fantastic (set it and forget it!). It tracks user progress and allows for remedial training upon failure results. You can cherry pick the reporting on individual campaigns, or the overall organization as a whole to bring to stakeholders in the company to show effective results. Base and midlevel subscription tiers are fairly priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
The best content for training is locked behind the highest subscription tier, which is unfortunate, as there's not many more reasons to move up to that level. The Phish Alert button in Outlook has been unstable in the past, as the plugin regularly disabled itself, however, the current release of Outlook and PAB seem to be solid.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sadly, humans are the greatest weakness in any organization's security posture. It's helping them understand what their responsibilities are, and what they can do to make a difference. With how tough cyber insurance applications are becoming, having a security awareness platform is almost mandatory at this point.
Effective training tool with great vendor support
What do you like best about the product?
There are multiple helpful training classes. I collaborate with a dedicated account representative to review and improve my training strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
End users are one of the weakest areas of security. Prevention through training is worth it's weight in gold.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI features that are being implemented. The system can send test phish emails to people based upon their browsing history.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I would make as a suggestion for knowbe4 to improve upon. I really like the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is educating our staff on what phishing emails look like and helping them distinguish between phishing attacks and real information.
