My Experience with KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
The phish training and simulated emails have been outstanding. With the clicker training, those users who are struggling with clicking on emails are getting the additional training they deserve.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found no downside to the training. I was talking to our VCISO yesterday and he was commenting on how much he liked the KnowBe4 platform. I am happy with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we have been victims of ransomeware on 2 separate occasions due to users clicking on email attachements, we needed to find a way to provide training on what red flags to look for,

The user interface is easy to use and navigate around

Training is quite limited in the gold tier. There should be more training design for all tiers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps us to do policy training, security awareness training, do awareness check on employees using vishing, phishing techniques
Great automation tool for E-Learning and compliance phishing training
What do you like best about the product?
Automation is my favorite part. I can easily automate new campaigns for my end users, and also ease of use. the "Clone" function also saves me alot of time instead of re-creating the alerts section when lunching new campains.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything about it. I would say that more opportunity lies in the automation engine that can be utilized. Like email analysis and give you more insight on what end users receive such as "This person from HR received 10 emails about "Crypto" "
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compliance and automation. I can easily be compliant with current regulations and know that I have up-to-date information and content that I can trust. I enjoy the phishing and reading about what different campaigns were launched.
Great Software for Learning How to Protect Against Phishing Attacks!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is leading-edge training software, and changes and learns from the users it targets to supply Phishing prevention training at a great price! Countless users now know how to handle Phishing emails correctly because of this software, thank you KnowBe4!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about this software, keep up the good work! I guess the only thing I dislike is the fact I get phone calls from users reporting their Phishing emails to me, but once again, this means KnowBe4 is doing its job!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is helping to keep our network safe! It's not only benefitting me by keeping the devices and the network safe, but it is also benefitting every user by making sure they're trained correctly about Phishing.

What do you like best about the product?
Training content is clear, updated and useful for users, quizzes are well constructed and training goal, in general, is met, also different languages options are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to create training from zero; it seems like additional software or developers must work to make the custom training files and that is an additional cost
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employees better understand security measures in the company and their role as the first line of defense regarding IT Security. Also, the IT risk overall score is used in Board presentations.
Very user friendly portal, great campaigns for phishing tests and user training mods.

The reporting aspect has great variety .
What do you dislike about the product?
Sort the mods from newest to oldest. Have to spend a little time looking for the right mods even after filters applied.

User awareness on the different types of phishing scams and being able to track the users growing knowledge

The console can be challenging to navigate because it has so many features.

Good I.T. practice, and PCI-DSS's requirements for new-hire and annual Security Awareness Training
KnowBe4 is great!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is an excellent and handy tool in our continual educational push about cyber security threats. I find the training to be an excellent source of knowledge for our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can honestly say that I do not have any significant downsides to using KnowBe4. One downside is on the admin end for resetting a user's password. I want to reset their password for their training inside the admin side of KnowBe4, instead of sending them an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The KnowBe4 training educates our end users about how people will use phishing and other social engineering methods to try and defraud them. I have been informed on multiple occasions that the knowledge they have learned from the training is also useful for their personal web use.
KnowBe4 helps scale your security awareness program!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that KnowBe4 helps me leverage automation to provide timely and useful security content to employees. We have a small security team and won't be able to scale the program without the automation capabilities. We also leverage some of the newsletter content and publish the information on our intranet. KnowBe4's features of security awareness content and automated phishing tests help keep our employees more aware.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure there is much to dislike. That said, in order to really take advantage of some of KnowBe4's features like the simulated phishing campaigns and building up a security awareness culture, requires time. So be willing to use KnowBe4 for at least 12 months (longer would be more ideal) to really have a good baseline understanding of your organization's security awareness posture.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 solves multiple business problems for us. It helps us demonstrate an ongoing security awareness program for our regulators. In addition, it helps provide timely and memorable security awareness training for our employees and keeps employees vigilant throughout the year with simulated phishing emails.
