Light-weighted education
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the fact that this is really consumable for non-tech savvy profiles as for the more tech advanced people. I don't have a strong technical background but do understand the content that is given.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the frequency is a bit too high. I understand that the uttermost importance of overall security but I do get a lot of emails/communications about this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This type of "training" is keeping me sharp in recognizing dangers that may occur in my work behavior. I'm not always focussed in the email / documents I handle so the training allows me to quick scan incoming messages (mail / documents / other) ..
A must tool for every IT Security Department.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation tools are beneficial and can reduce administration time and tasks quickly. The email campaigns and training could be set up with just 4-5 clicks. Additionally, the preexisting email templates with difficulty range and materials can quickly help you reduce the overall process's complexity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative was that the USB drop attack was easily detected by edr. You have to make a whole administrative scenario to avoid detection and set up the attack correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform provides all the tools we need to sharpen security awareness inside our organization. Phishing, vishing, and all scams can be easily detected and reported to the security team. Gamification with score dashboards combined with some form of "giveaways" can boost your cyber hygiene and make your employees the new Cyber Heroes.
I never click on a link with out checking it out.

Performance of KnowBe4 tool in my organisation
What do you like best about the product?
I purchased the knowbe4 tool for my organisation and initiated multiple training pieces. Most impressive is that it is straightforward to use this tool for anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
One problem I face a lot is this tool is not supporting google workspace integration, due to which I have to import the users manually, and it's tough to connect with the HR team to keep the list updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool, by default, provides multiple security training templates, so as a security engineer, I can easily select any template based on the categories like social engineering and complaince for our employees.
Make KnowBe4 a key part of your phishing / security training!
What do you like best about the product?
PhishER is a great piece that allows us to remediate true phishing emails that have been submitted through the KnowBe4 system.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the user provisioning was a little easier to troubleshoot and update. Ours currently pulls from local Active Directory. Maybe it seems more difficult because we rarely modify it, but it would be helpful to have an easier method of configuring this - like an app with a GUI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our end users identify and report suspicious emails. It is also helping us determine malicious emails and shut them down before damage is done.

Eventual Perfection in User Security Awareness
What do you like best about the product?
Great help in educating users about the importance of security and how to defend themselves and the company from different type of attacks, hacks and malicious users out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a broader awareness trainings subjects, in order to expand the actual knowledge of users that could have basic information about security in general. Otherwise all is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge help in training the weakest link of security , personnel. Very helpful trainings and easy to understand . Has been successful in lowering our attack surface.
Excellent security training system for end users!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that they have training videos that are professionally made and ready to go off the shelf. I also love some of the features they have for evaluating Phishing e-mails and for flipping real Phishing emails into templates. Overall I think it's an excellent service. Very happy. Also, the Cybersecurity Awareness month materials are top quality! The guide makes it so easy to roll that right into your own company campaign. Copy/paste and tailor. Easy peasy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had some better stats for the phishing campaigns. The Phish prone rate isn't bad, but users don't understand. I always translate the statistics into a department/division's share of the organizational risk. I do that by taking the total number of emails opened and dividing that by the departments/divisions' number of adverse actions taken (clicks, etc.). That gives the department/division a share of the company's risk. That is very digestible by leaders and users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social engineering is the most significant threat vector we face as an organization. E-mail phishing is the largest slice of that SE pie. Knowbe4 helps us to train users to defend against that prevalent threat.

Great number of training videos, phishing templates, good reporting function

I do not have anything to dislike about.

Visibility on the status of training and phishing test, and great reports to be in compliance with internal security training requirement.

I wished there was a way to include the company logo into the content to make it more personalized.

Helps us to promote security awareness content throughout the organization, and it makes our users more informed about various cybersecurity topics.
KnowBe4 - great platform for user awarnes training and for managing spam, junk and phishing emails.
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding is very easy and intuitive. The content is great and online video, and document guides provide a great starting point

Nothing this far. Our experience has been great.

Increasing the awareness of our employees as well as complying with mandatory training. We are also freeing up the helpdesk by using PhishER.
