Great, practical training for users
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has the ability to train all my users at whatever skill level they are at. From my most basic beginners to my very IT-knowledgeable users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the videos can be formulaic without actually sharing new information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, it is used for educating my entire organization about the bad players out there and their tactics (from phishing emails to social engineering).
KnowBe4 Quickly Reduces Phishing Risk
What do you like best about the product?
Our failure rates went from 18% phish prone users to 4% in just a few months. The fact that I can send each user a different test at different times means these are true phishing simulations and users can't warn each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
The managing of groups is a little non-intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training users on phishing risks and what to look for has lowered our risk from phishing substantially. Also, the users are on higher alert because they never know when they will be tested.
Excellen Plattform for Security Awareness Training and Testing
What do you like best about the product?
They provide a complete solution to perform security training and testing. They are also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything in particular.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using their services to perform phishing tests, so we know the personnel's security awareness status.
Very Impressive and Easy to Admin
What do you like best about the product?
Users find it fun and informative and enjoy becoming a part of our security posture. It strengthens security as an organization when the most vulnerable segment is well informed and actively hunting threats as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the security side of the house in IT we may just have too much extra time on our hands 🙂
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It absolutely eliminates the problems all IT departments have with trying to educate end users. It arms them with the same information we have and even exposes them to realistic threats and scenarios which helps them and often even us to realize what we should be looking for. It creates a pillar of strength at the core of our organization and helps to create an overall security-focal mindset.
Excellent Security for an Insecure World
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has a wide variety of training that allows us to train users on how to watch for phishing and scams that hit our inboxes so often. KnowBe4 enables us to monitor emails coming through and quarantine them to better protect the organization from ransomware and viruses. Additionally, KnowBe4 offers training outside of the realm of cybersecurity to help reinforce worker safety.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue that we've run into is helping users find optional training that we've assigned to them. KnowBe4 offers an assessment that helps identify users' weaknesses in cybersecurity. Since this first year was a baseline year, we wanted to provide optional training to those who wanted to improve their knowledge. Unfortunately, optional training is challenging to find in the system, even if assigned to the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The awareness training that KnowBe4 offers help us identify weaknesses within the organization and allow us to provide training to help users improve those skills, which in turn makes the organization more secure.
Great training module very interactive
What do you like best about the product?
It offers more training modules compared to other competitors,We like the interactive module since we know users don't liked to keep watching a long video with text. Getting them to interact engage keep them more focus
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't like the user management with Active directory sync, need to configure and restructure AD in order for the sync to work correctly. This is very time consuming if AD is not up to date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
risk management, helping user be aware of the type of attack and what to look for in email etc. It help bringing down the level of risk since spam email is on the raise
Knowbe4 is the best security awareness training in the market
What do you like best about the product?
this is the best security awareness tool that i have evaluated. they also have regular webinars updating on new potential threats or common security incidents and social engineering
What do you dislike about the product?
knowbe4 provides training, however, we need to use other tools to monitor incidents and alert users of threats and protect our systems and data

Great security awareness and training platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Having the KnowBe4 training platform has greatly increased users' awareness about vishing and other suspicious things to look out for. It's great being able to visualize training to ensure that everyone is complying and seeing the scores improve over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a great platform. There are not any issues that we are experiencing with it. It has been very helpful to the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users previously were more likely to click malicious links or download attachments, but after being trained they are much more aware of the risks associated with it and think twice before doing so.
KnowB4 is a great Security Awareness and Phishing training tool
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about KnowB4 is its extensive knowledge base and training modules. I also love the ease of setup for importing users and setting up phishing and training campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing is that you have to reach out to support via email. They are very responsive; I would prefer to have a direct number to speak to a live person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is benefitting me is that it allows me to have a one-stop shop for phishing and security awareness training.
Solid way to start your Cyber Security Awareness Training and Phishing
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create a phishing campaign. Training is solid to get a LMS started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Employees get a feel for the templates, and the % of clicks go down over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provide the base for a solid awareness training campaign for employees. Conditioned employees to be on what to look out for.
