Super Helpful Education and Training for all levels of your org
What do you like best about the product?
One of the main upsides to the KnowBe4 training platform is that you can set up your campaigns in advance & schedule them to go. You can always create specialized trainings for subsets of your user base, which is also very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is(if you can call it that) is , while creating custom emails for distribution, you need to specify images that are already online. The custom editor does not allow for dropping an image into the editor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product gives very simple effective training to users of all backgrounds.
Great Training - Easy to use and understand for even the least technically savvy users
What do you like best about the product?
Courses are short and hold user attention. Once basic setup has been completed on the admin side rolling out training to multiple groups/locations is very simple. I can't compare KnowBe4 to other competitors as I have not used others but this is the second company where I've been responsible for IT management and training where I've used KnowBe4. They've done nothing but get better over time, particularly on the admin side. Anything that makes my life easier is a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that there's anything I dislike per se. The initial setup can be a bit cumbersome but as I mentioned, once it's set up the process is very simple. If I were to ask for anything it would be a button for training reminders to be sent manually on the users' training screen. That being said, overall this is a great product and I was very happy when management approved it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were hit with ransomware twice in the space of three months. The first was due to a poorly secured Internet presence. The second was due to a phishing attack. This caused problems with productivity on the user side and many long hours of recovery on the admin/engineering side. The primary benefit is that now my users have a much better understanding of what they need to be looking for. They approach things like emails and web links with the thought of security at the forefront of their minds and reach out to me or my team if they have any questions or concerns.
ALWAYS my Go-To for Cyber Security
What do you like best about the product?
The verity of content. We briefly contracted with another company for cyber security training, and after the year-long contract switched back to KnowBe4 because we could not find enough relevant content using the other company to fit our training needs. Also, the support with KnowBe4 is terrific. Their help desk is responsive, and their account managers provide outstanding service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of anything at this time. Anytime I've had a complaint, it has either been addressed by my account manager or fixed with an update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the current threat landscape, cybersecurity training and simulated phishing are necessary for all companies. KnowBe4 saves us so much time by providing us with ways to automate our simulated phishing and cyber security training. You set up the campaigns, and they run themselves. The reporting function makes it easy to pull reports that are meaningful and show track records of results.

Trainings are very insightful and makes me want to learn as many as possible during my free time.

Sometimes the popup menu its a bit annoying. It would be better if the training was implemented on the same webpage.

Its keeping my fellow workers and me safe and knowledged regarding the security in the workplace
Helpful content and easy to understand for unexperienced users
What do you like best about the product?
I do enjoy the usability and the ease in configuration for security awareness trainings. The content is also helpful and even an unprofessional user can understand. Content is rich in vast cybersecurity fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major to dislike. if adding more professional content for users that have a security background, would be helpful for a broader training in depth and easing overhead for managers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User security training. That's the main issue, mostly regarding phishing. But assigning training to more qualified/high ups users is also useful. Raising awareness to users before an incident helpful proves quite beneficial.

Overall everything is positive but better to give easy web portability and training to use.

Now all employees are aware about security so whever they feel something wrong then immediate they will report to IT team.

What do you like best about the product?
Super simple interface, great content (really like that there is a heap of Kevin Mitnick videos), the suggested templates in the synthetic phishing campaigns are great too
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with our Learning Management Software (LMS) is lacking - we have to maintain 2 separate accounts (rubs my HR department up the wrong way)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're lifting our cyber security capability and awareness across our business. Also provides visibility on how well the training is going through results from the synthetic phishing campaigns
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training runs itself
What do you like best about the product?
I can setup the integration with Active Directory and setup my campaigns and define the groups to us and the system runs itself. So easy I usually update the training and campaigns once or twice a year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the training courses I want require a higher level membership than we own and so I can't get them. There is so much to like about the system I find it hard to think of problems.

Helping us grow, build, strengthen our human firewall to make us strong against Cybersecurity threats. We are resilient in our cybersecurity defenses because of KnowBe4.
