KnowBe4 Rocks!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 helps us to achieve our goal of providing better cybersecurity at our agency. Their phishing campaigns and tracking help us with our training efforts. They regularly update their content to stay relevant/current. They have excellent customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. They are meeting our needs and requirement of mandatory cybersecurity training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They meet our needs for mandatory cybersecurity training, compliance, and tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a customer for 5 years, knowbe4 has allowed me to increase the company's level of maturity and safety culture in a fun, entertaining and informed way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the subscription content system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved almost all the issues that have to do with awareness, content, variety, ease, etc.
Their training and testing is extremely valuable to any organization.
What do you like best about the product?
It's not boring. They make their training enjoyable for the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I really dislike about it. I've received nothing but positive feedback from our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's educating our users and making them aware of potential issues at both the corporate level as well as their personal practices.
KnowBe4 Knows How to Get Training Done
What do you like best about the product?
The people at KnowBe4 are the best! Helpful from purchase to launch and still in contact with me to make sure the product is working for us. Easy to use and content is relevant and concise. I've been using their cyber training materials for two years, and it's made a huge impact on our staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more focused on industry and business than schools. I would love to have materials for students as well as teachers and staff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Huge help when training staff about phishing emails!
Relevant, helpful, engaging courses
What do you like best about the product?
It's easily accessible, engaging and useful. Most courses can be completed in a reasonable time frame and all hold the participant's attention from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while, we'll have a course that feels too basic/beginner-ish. That's not a fatal error, as even a company full of hardboiled, seasoned IT professionals can use a refresher now and then.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clicking without thinking! The ongoing reminders, accompanied by the phishing campaign, are keeping our staff aware that they need to SLOW DOWN AND THINK, or voice verify, unexpected email message.
It’s Literally The Best All-Around Tool to Have
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create a whole unique experience for the end user each month, along with Simulated Phishing Attacks, where I share the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no Phish Alert for the IOS Mail app which most people use over outlook app.
There are no Vishing or Smishing campaigns.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MFA Fatigue, Phishing for Finance, Gift Card Attacks (BEC), Ransomware Identification, Pretext Identification
Very effective and quick to deploy.
What do you like best about the product?
The online console access management. Total view and records to help keep our compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
More advanced materials needed for IT employee training. Need ability to leave notes in ASAP tasks.

Effective and measured means of deploying training and gaining user performance data.
Phish Training/Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
One of the many things we like best is that the service offers a variety of phishing and training options. You can phish via email, text and voice. Having the phish alert button integration is a HUGE bonus as well (when using PhishER). The PAB allows our users to report emails that they believe are phishing emails, and then we in the IT department can run queries on SUBMITTED emails and quarantine/delete them from their inbox, which prevents them from taking action on said emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that much to hate about the platform, honestly! Sometimes the phishing campaign emails could be a little newer/relevant, but we love the service and truly get value out of it for the most part!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to prevent our users from clicking on suspicious emails. Doing this helps save HOURS from changing passwords and investigating potential breaches, and makes our company more secure.
KnowBe4 provides a very comprehensive Security Awareness platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The variety of training materials and the testing platform are extremely helpful in training and testing our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to deliver content outside the KnowBe4 platform. Users are usually not accepting of having to sign in to yet another website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are seeing greater awareness of the dangers of Phishing and our users are gaining knowledge and experience in combatting this threat.

You can set it up and it goes on auto pilot!

There is a lot to go through, but they have a rep there to help you through set up and get the desired results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users blindly clicking on emails and attachments without any thought as to their origin.
