What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, and to be able to create simulations using your own domain is a massive plus. We have done one simulation and have grabbed half the company!
What do you dislike about the product?
The ADISync is not very multi domain friendly unfortunately, and it takes a while to get it working. This has been raised with Knowbe4 support and they are helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is solving the issues of daily life within the cyber world. It has benefited me and my team as we are always learning new items within the world that was not known to us.

What do you like best about the product?
Yeah, it's been Ten months of using the Knowbe4 to learn the security issues about tackling problems, like what to do if we get mail from an unknown person with Phishing links; with these real-time stimulation classes, I have learned many things regarding spam, phishing, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any issues with using this learning platform, but the only suggestion I would prefer is if there are any mail alerts for incomplete sessions. It would be so helpful for me because I forgot to complete the sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't gotten bored any time using this platform because the sessions they provide on security are exciting and engaging to listen and participate.

The wide range of training issues, the sofisticated program to regularly test/train our staff.

I do not see any problems, except it took some time to learn the proper way to administer and set up the weekly phishing test

It helps to keep the staff regularly "on their toes" and decrease the number of clicks on suspicious links and opening attachments.

What do you dislike about the product?
We started using the solution (3 months ago), so for the moment no negative points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rise the awareness of our users in exciting ways.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has provided training and ongoing verification, resulting in no security breaches. Our end users have high competency in recognizing phishing emails, which has prevented action even when receiving very targeted phishing emails from a bad actor.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints on their service perhaps other than the training module can be a little cumbersome trying to move from evaluating modules to remembering what you have reviewed into training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the reality that over 80% of the realized risk in IT begins with phishing and related types of social attacks, a lot of our security energies go into training our end users against this type of attack. I fully realize that if this were left entirely to myself and/or my team, we would cover little ground in comparison. KnowBe4's benefit is they have compiled an enormous array of training resources that you can tailor to specific end-users or complete companies. Because of the types of phishing emails I review from users that submit to us via KnowBe4 tools, without this training, we would have fallen victim to a phishing attack several times by now.

What do you like best about the product?
We feel there is no better way to educate and train our employees on cybersecurity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when I create a new campaign, I get a little frustrated trying to find modules that I've recently added. I'd like to be able to add these right from the mod store.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During penetration testing for the past two years, our staff was 100% successful in not being fished or manipulated by social engineering.
Security Awareness made easy
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things I like about KnowBe4. There are a wide variety of different trainings available. Some are short videos on a specific topic, some are set up as a game, and some are like a streaming service type serial. They cover a variety of different security topics in an easy to understand way and it really holds the attention of our users. I also like the fact that you can set up reminders to your users that sends them an email if they have not completed their training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first couple times you go through a setup for a training to phishing campaigns on your own it can a little difficult. But our KnowBe4 account rep was really good about walking us through it. Once you have the process figured out it becomes easier to set up and schedule training and phishing campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cybersecurity is not just an IT problem to fix, it requires that everyone in the organization do their part. I believe that the information presented in these KnowBe4 trainings are extremely valuable to our users. Even if it’s reinforcing something they already know, it’s helpful for keeping security foremost in their thoughts.

The Ability to aid us in training our staff in Cybersecurity with a high level of success while making it enjoyable.

NOTHING! It is a very successful Cybersecurity Vendor with a high rate of retention.

Phishing emails. Our staff is now capable of viewing emails and spotting the red flags indicating that the emails are, in fact, Phishing.

KnowBe4 at its Best!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is a great modern generation tool. It's best for most up to date content and educating users in the simplest way possible. Real life examples are also awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to KnowBe4 is the basic setup. But after the initial setup is completed, managing users/services is very easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KmowBe4 is assisting our institution by training our users with modern security threats and best practices whilst being on the web.
Our institution has users who are more aware of the treats and taking necessary precautions from the training to keep the infrastructure safe.
