Best in class Security Awareness Training
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 offers many different avenues into the way they present Security Awareness Training. Phishing and Vishing simulations automation, video training mods with quizs, and reporting when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There would just be a couple feature requests that I would like tailored to our needs as a business. They do, however, listen and take feedback, including their CEO himself has reached out via email a few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution eats and breaths Security Awareness Training. I firmly believe that people and misconfigurations are the two highest vulnerbilities when it comes to cyber security. They handle training people very well.

Update on information that comes in handy on a daily basis

I think the built-in training modules are very helpful. They offer a variety of different modules that should fit most needs. The staff is very helpful in setting up campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be too many modules. It can be hard to find the one that fits your needs best. I have found the staff very helpful in finding the module needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping our teachers and staff be more aware of phishing and the dangers associated with it.
Engaging trainings and great phishing simulation testing
What do you like best about the product?
The trainings that Knowbe4 has are entertaining while also engaging to our end users. We get more positive feedback from the training videos than anything else.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the quizzes and games that are part of the training program are not as great as they could be. The video training far outshine those categories. The quizzes can be a tad confusing to our end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The security awareness training helps us identify key attacks that often come in. They've helped our end users identify and report more common phishing attempts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of setting up new campaigns and the data we get about our users over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the branding part of the training and wish it was more simple to globally add a logo.

Awareness training helps companies reinforce behavior and keep visibility up for users.
Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user Interface is easy to use. A great tool to train employees on suspicious emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot of dislike about the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps users double-check emails and links. They are thinking ahead if it's safe to click on a suspicious email.
Go no farther, KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is the best in the business!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the security trainings is it hits all aspects of cyber security. If you are looking for Phishing, Ransomware, or Spear-phishing, KnowBe4 has you covered. The coolest thing about KnowBe4 is that when October comes and it's Cybersecurity Month they have all this information that they send you in a kit!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no perfect solution, but I think KnowBe4 is the best in the business!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is educating our end users on how to be safe. Cyber security is ever-changing and KnowBe4 keeps up with those changes.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the multiple offerings that Knowbe4 provides. This allow us to present a good variety to our users and keeps them from experiencing training fatique. I also like multiple language offerings as we have both English and French users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have many complaints to be honest, knowbe4 has been nothing but innovative in the phishing space. We did have an issue initially where it was hard to reach out to our assigned csm but that has since been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 helps us tackle educating users on phishing, security awareness training and keeping up to date with the latest security trends. It also allows us to monitor who the most "frequent flyers" are so we can personally coach them on what they are doing wrong.
Our end-users have become more security conscious through the email campaigns through KnowBe4.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of KnowBe4 is the Phishing button. Our End-users have become very aware of this function. Sometimes they over-use it but, that shows they are being more cautious of their emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about the service.

KnowBe4 has made our end-users more aware of phishing emails.
KNOWB4 SECURITY AWARENESS TRAINING
What do you like best about the product?
The product has been great because it has given our staff the level of confidence that they needed to work confidently, and I also feel the investment that we have made as an organization has been positive. I found that our customer success manager, and the KNOWB4 have been superb so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have is that I have been unable to get Stu the founder of KNOWB4 to give a presentation on Phishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My staff has a better understanding of what Phishing is, and it has made the organization productive.
