What do you like best about the product?
I like that i am getting the latest and greatest training from industry leaders who know the most up-to-date security trends; this makes me feel very secure
What do you dislike about the product?
Only I would say that I dislike is that there are not enough new programs

What do you like best about the product?
2 things, both the training campaigns and the simulated phishing emails. Testing our users regularly with real-life examples of malicious emails is the best practice, and being able to combine the data of that with the training campaigns is a feature we greatly appreciate. KnowBe4 gives us valuable insight into which of our users are more and less conscious when they click and lets us automatically assign those users additional training.
What do you dislike about the product?
KnowBe4's main downside used to be its inability to affect emails already in users' inboxes, like how Google or Microsoft will automatically do. Now, KnowBe4 has rolled out a new tool that can allow us to automatically quarantine suspicious emails, review them, and then run a search to find and pull any identical or similar emails out of others' inboxes. We could even turn this real email into a harmless but identical-looking simulated phishing campaign template
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I said before, it helps us more easily train our users on security awarness when joining the company, regularly test them with real-world examples, and then automatically assign training to the worst offenders

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, friendly and has lots of content that engage users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes configuration issues are not that easy to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shows our users how to tell a fake email from a real one. They are becoming more analytical and not reacting.

Powerful and User Friendly Security Training Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Both training and phishing awareness campaigns are highly customizable and provide robust auditing mechanisms. The training material provided by the platform covers a wide variety of topics, with some being quite engaging and enjoyable for users ("Inside Man" in particular). Custom content is easily brought into the platform to cater to unique training requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few minor nuanced features are missing (e.g. when sending out "Security Tips & Tricks", there isn't a way to track which specific newsletters have previously been sent out, making it difficult to avoid double-sending content if you have to modify a campaign or create a new one), which would be nice to have, but not required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary use case is (as the name suggests) security awareness training for our users. KnowBe4 provides a platform that allows us to do this easily, effectively, and in an auditable way.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform's ability to perform weekly testing has really got our users used to not clicking on dodgy links in emails. This has led to a dramatic decrease in our overall phishing score.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say there isnt that much to improve on. The Modstore content, if you are not on the diamound package, is a little limited, especially languages-wise. We are still on Gold and platinum, but we may have to move to Diamond next year to get better language support and unlock new content for our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the "user" issue. We spent a lot of time and money investing in the latest tech and software to ensure our users are secure and get the best experience. We realised that we are still vulnerable without improving our "Human" firewall. Knowbe4 achives this nicely.

The demo session helped me understand more and gave me a better perspective.

I don't find anything in particular. However, some general extended topics made me feel unimpressive.

It made me aware of some easily affectable vulnerabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
As a 7 year customer we love KB4, we use the PAB, Second Chance, PER, KCM and are a diamond lever subscriber. It’s easy to use, track and report to management. There is an amazing amount of content. The Kevin Mitnick videos are a great help to show users how an actual hacker can breach a system.

I love that I can train a new employee in KB4 in a few hours for them to be productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are required to do 5 hours of training a year. The Videos are short 5-10 minutes. I would be helpful if there were some modules that were longer, or groups of videos that were in a single setting. Downloading 40-50 videos to upload to our LMS is very time consuming.
Phish Rip for on prem Outlook/Exchange would be an amazing option.
Taking psm.knowbe4.com out of the header. Some of our users figured out that adding an outlook header rule to delete simulated phishing emails is easy to do.
Having a leaderboard for individual users and not just groups would make the gamification better.
In PER being able to assign to an analyst and add pictures or notes to multiples would be helpful.
Mimecast integration to block senders would be a great option.
KCM needs a much better way to do questioners. Being able to do nested questions is a must. Also a percentage gauge on a requirement Met, Partially Met, Not Met doesn’t really tell me where I’m at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our PPP is don’t to under 2%, we have aggressive campaigns an create allot of our own templates.
