Knowbe4 review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the multiple offerings that Knowbe4 provides. This allow us to present a good variety to our users and keeps them from experiencing training fatique. I also like multiple language offerings as we have both English and French users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have many complaints to be honest, knowbe4 has been nothing but innovative in the phishing space. We did have an issue initially where it was hard to reach out to our assigned csm but that has since been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 helps us tackle educating users on phishing, security awareness training and keeping up to date with the latest security trends. It also allows us to monitor who the most "frequent flyers" are so we can personally coach them on what they are doing wrong.
Our end-users have become more security conscious through the email campaigns through KnowBe4.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature of KnowBe4 is the Phishing button. Our End-users have become very aware of this function. Sometimes they over-use it but, that shows they are being more cautious of their emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has made our end-users more aware of phishing emails.
KNOWB4 SECURITY AWARENESS TRAINING
What do you like best about the product?
The product has been great because it has given our staff the level of confidence that they needed to work confidently, and I also feel the investment that we have made as an organization has been positive. I found that our customer success manager, and the KNOWB4 have been superb so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike I have is that I have been unable to get Stu the founder of KNOWB4 to give a presentation on Phishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My staff has a better understanding of what Phishing is, and it has made the organization productive.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Know before is the product is more than what's advertised. The training videos are great, the posters are handy for campaigns, and everything is easy to connect; my favorite part of Knowbe4, is they are on top of all the coming updates from Microsoft that affect their product, and what to do to adjust for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools included, like breach test tools take some interpretation, the results cannot be taken at face value, but they are an excellent starting point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Know Be4 solves two major items for us. Security Awareness training, and platform for phishing email testing. They make it easy to keep our users trained and aware that security is part of their everyday lives.

What do you like best about the product?
I always come back to KnowBe4 website to find some entertaining and good courses for our colleagues to teach them well the cybersecurity topic. And I think KnowBe4 knows how to do this the best way!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a pity that some courses do not contain the same list of languages. That's why we sometimes struggle with using specific courses as we want everyone to understand them and not to make any differences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to KnowBe4, we save some time thanks for providing our colleagues already well-stretched trainings. And we are very satisfied with its quality and deep knowledge.
Best Security Awareness and Training Solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the overall ease of managing campaigns and the clear reporting dashboards. The phishing simulations, automated training assignments, and Phish Alert Button integration make it simple to measure user behavior and reinforce good security habits. The platform provides actionable metrics that help our security team quickly identify trends, high-risk users, and areas where additional education is needed. Overall, it has streamlined our awareness program and improved reporting efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement is better differentiation between real user interaction and automated security tool scanning. In environments with secure email gateways or sandbox inspection, automated link or attachment scanning can sometimes be recorded as user clicks, which may lead to false positives in phishing results. Additional controls or filtering to distinguish system activity from human behavior would improve accuracy and reporting reliability.

knowbe4 security awareness is mitigating our organizations risk for phishing emails by proving our team opportunities to learn and engage directly lessening the risk
Solid training platform with good and engaging content for users.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is the selection of unique and engaging content. The training modules are modern, deliver the message, and are actually interesting. There are modules to suit many use cases from general security to more targetted training for specific users or activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration into the corporate domain is a little clunky and not as seemless as it could be, better APIs and connectivity to HR platforms so that a company could unify its entire employee training schedule in one area would be a nice feature to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Security Awareness Training helps our small and agile security team to focus more on our security tasks, taking the burden of creating and providing content for training which is often a compliance requirement. It also provides good, actionable report data for presenting to security stakeholders.

It trains the end users on what emails they should watch out for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company doesn't enforce it as a policy that needs to be completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has let the end users idenify more clearly on what to look for suspicous emails.
Simple, clear, and to the point
What do you like best about the product?
The real-world examples were very helpful and provided important context.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time watching a person talking was not particularly helpful; voiceovers with more pertinent visuals are sufficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 shines light on the critical problem of information security and making sure we're not giving away the keys to the kingdom. This protects our organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Rich contents, gamified and bite-size contents with available templates for phishing activities; all can be self-managed by the enterprise
What do you dislike about the product?
Not on dislike but rather would like KnowBe4 to look at: 1/further enrich of contents to keep up with emerging threats for training and 2/to keep license cost affordable for enterprise to roll out at world-wide coverage via price levels based on qty.
