KnowBe4 Provides Security Training and Testing that I Don't Have to Create
What do you like best about the product?
Training that is already written. And testing that is already packaged.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface isn't always the most efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In trying to educate my end users on cybersecurity awareness, KnowBe4 helps my employer comply with its cybersecurity Insurance requirements.
Great for training
What do you like best about the product?
This too is great for training your employees To recognize what kind of email can be spam and what kind is not. It allows you to customize after they click on an email to go to a webpage and take some training and also some tips.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes templates come out without notice so we have to stay on top of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving problems with our employees clicking on emails that could be potentially harmful. This tool trains them to be more cautious of what comes out and get additional information.
Timely Reminders That Keep Up With the Cyber Security Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The concise yet direct training provided by KnowBe4 captures the attention of any trainee in a way that makes you stay in tuned with the dangers and proactive actions one can take.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way the content is shared could use a bit of a facelift to appeal to and attract the attention of individuals who could truly benefit from the information being dispensed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows our team members and our organization as a whole to stay focused on other parts of our business without worrying a lot about cyber dangers that exist.
KnowBE4 Security Awareness training is a must!
What do you like best about the product?
Relevant questions that were based on real-world threats, thorough, easy to understand, and most suited for all users. Also has a lot of scenario and training elements that make it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. Everything is set up perfectly fine and is customizable to tailor to any environment or user's needs. Has been great with us so far among our users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving issues such as phishing scams awareness, also understanding threats such as ransomware and bad actors. Allowing users to be taught basic cyber security principles in order to better protect not only themselves but the network as a whole.
Powerful training tool
What do you like best about the product?
Before KnowBe4, we used a freebie tool that did the same thing but on a much more basic level. The one thing I love about KnowBe4 is that once you have it connected to Active Directory and configured how you want, everything happens automatically. I don't have to set up a phishing campaign or manually add users to training when they fail a simulated phishing email anymore. It is a huge time-saver. I just look at my monthly reports and make adjustments as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found that I have to check the ADI agent every couple of weeks on our DC as it seems to just stop working. When it stops working, new users are not enrolled in training right away. Sometimes they don't receive their notification of enrollment for several days after they start working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our click rate has decreased significantly and our users are much more aware and careful when reading emails. Our users have even taken this training home and used this training in their own personal lives and shared their newfound knowledge with family and friends on how to be safer online.
Great Platform for Straightforward Cybersecurity Training
What do you like best about the product?
Easy Platform to use. Th's very helpful to be able to integrate it with AD to ease the onboarding and archiving of users. The reporting covers most of our needs and the library of content is first-rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use the password-less login feature in our environment. In our experience, it can sometimes take up to an hour for an email to be sent/received by a user after they request a password-less link. This can be confusing and frustrating for users expecting a more immediate response from the KB4 system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have definitely increased our user awareness and knowledge of Cybersecurity issues and dangers. We are successfully keeping these topics top-of-mind for our users and our Phish-Prone scores are steadily dropping.
Engaging Security Awareness Training
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 creates security awareness training that is short and sweet while still being effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that concerns me is the price tag. It's somewhat of a one-trick pony, BUT they are VERY good at what they do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 SAT allowed us to quickly and easily roll out an effective training program, see progress reports and even "secretly" test employees to validate the efficacy of training.
Great Continuous End-User Training Service
What do you like best about the product?
The whole service is great! The default or customizable internal phishing campaigns, ranging from easy to hard, option to use current real-world phishing attempts catared to our users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part that I really dislike is that even though they say that you don't require any programming knowledge to modify their template, you actually do. I had to brush up on my knowledge in order to get my company logo and other images to work well. Using code allows the administrator to truly modify the templates and make them your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Now that our organization has turned to the Work-From-Home model, it is making it easier to keep our end-users training on the common threats that are happening around us and I create training campaigns to annoy the user and manager until they finish the training. We also do a rotating schedule of phishing tests one month and training the following. Most users now are a bit more weary and aware of all emails, and question them. They come to me on things that they are not sure of, and that is something that we like and feel that we all are benefiting from it.

All the publications made by KnowBe4 are very interesting and very helpful.

I think there are not downsides of this program.

Company computer users are now aware of email phishing, cyber security etc...Therefore, less change for the company to get hacked.
