KnowBe4 knows cyber awareness
What do you like best about the product?
Two strong attributes of KnowBe4 -- Diversity of training content AND pro-active customer service
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting still has issues.
Specifically, when a user clicks on phish link, the log/CVS report does not show time details that correspond to actual activity -- may want to also consider adding time of activity to include seconds, not just hour:minute

User Education and Training
Easily allows various levels of education for those who are more skilled vs less skilled around Cyber risk

It is an excellent solution for user security awareness well as a good solution for phishing testing
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very complete tool, simple, easy and quick to implement. It has great features for integration with AD and Office365, among others. Thus, it also has a wide variety of content for training in different areas, plus the features of phishing test simulations and ransomware tests are an excellent tool for testing security. Another feature that I like is that the training can be fully scheduled so that it automatically starts on the indicated dates and times, as well as segmentation based on groups. These are some of the features that I like about the solution. I recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I don't think it has any features or functions that I don't like about the tool, I could only say that the translation of some content into Spanish would be good and also provide more formats for loading personalized content, but apart from that it is excellent and they always continue to innovate in their functions, features and also in their content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main problems that the tool solves is the training and awareness of users on security issues in a faster, more constant way and, above all, the control and consistency of these training as well as the performance of phishing tests, which They were quite tricky to handle. We also solve the logistics problem of having to gather the staff in a physical space to carry out training, as well as managing training times. Also with this, we were able to comply with some regulatory aspects which require constant training in security matters, which the tool also helped us with this.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and results of training. Our employees are always on the lookout for scams, phishing attempts and other hazards.
What do you dislike about the product?
New training content locked behind tiered paywalls. Accessing this new content can be very cost prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps our staff updated and aware of current threats and keeps them just enough on edge to question anything that looks off every day.
Security Training Platform That Does It All
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of the KnowBe4 training is ability to automate almost every aspect of security awareness to your users. The platform hand tailors each users experience based off the training the rate higher and the phishing emails they may struggle with. This gives our company the ability to train each user with a purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many dislikes about the platform. Being able to better customize reporting would be favorable. The some of the training videos can be a bit cheesey, but they still get the message across to the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of our employees have never had any formal security awareness training. This platform comes with many easily digestible training videos so that we can work slowly work our employees knowledge up.
My experience with KnowBe4
What do you like best about the product?
Training is tailored to specific duties - i.e. Developer, InfoSec, non-IT

Some training / remediation sessions are redundant

General awareness of current attack patterns and how you can protect against them
Easy to use Security Awareness program
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. Separated into modules so can complete one, take a pause and then do the rest. Also can track progress. It can also integrate with Okta so we do not need to remember another password.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our own integration between KnowBe4 and Okta seems to be complicated and error proned. Also sometimes there is a little bit of typo in the training course, though not really a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This allows us to set all users to have basic security awareness training, and we can track this progress. This allows us to be less easy to get attacked by phishing.
Cyber Security Trainings the best most up to date Videos out there
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Knowbe4 platform to provide cyber security training annually to our whole organization. I got it to say, is easy to use, I like their SSO and Provision features along with the Phish Alert bottom where users can click on their Outlook E-mails if they encounter any phishing emails.
Other than the features and easy-to-use GUI, I like that their training is up to date, especially for the annual trainings, as we know, threats changes over time and Knowbe4 helps us to keep us informed of the latest trends and educate the end users.
Another Note, our Representative always helps us out as to set up trainings for new hires, is one of those things, set up and forget it until next year.

What do you dislike about the product?
At the begginning I did not like Knowbe4 as they did not provide an easy way for us to provision the users, but now with their new updates, this was fixed. Specially for third party IdPs like Okta. I'm sure the platform is not perfect and some videos come in premium but hopefully, Knowbe4 becomes cheaper and develop more their platform. Especially integrations hope this platform could be integrated with EDRs software as if someone clicks a malicious e-mail, they should get a training refresher automatically
Oh also their SSO integration can be a bit annoying as we always get redirection errors by the browser when one is trying to login

Cyber Security Trainings and Compliance, Our organization is required to provide cyber security training and even if we were not required, KnowBe4 helpss us to automate this part. automatated security trainings
KnowBe4 is a great tool to use to educate staff on the basics of email security
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for teaching staff about ways scammers can phish you via email. My favorite feature is the integration with outlook to allow you to report phishing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite part of KnowBe4's interface is their admin portal as it is not as intuitive as I would like it to be and can be rather difficult to find some things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a wonderful resource for educating the staff on emerging cybersecurity threats and it does it in an easy way for the non computer user to still be able to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about KnowBe4 training is its interactive and engaging content. The training courses are designed to be interactive, fun, and engaging, using real-life scenarios, simulations, and games to make learning more effective and enjoyable. The training modules are also available in multiple languages, which is helpful for organizations with diverse teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I find the cartoons are a little childish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bringing awareness of what to watch for in phishing emails. The content that KnowBe4 uses and that we have to pick from is fabulous.
Best end user training and phishing sim on the market
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can target specific users with industry-specific training. If there are people in finance, you can send them finance-related phishing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more training videos at lower levels of subscriptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use to create phishing emails and phish our end users myself. This was more spear phishing. I also was not being phished or trained. This was a problem. Knowbe4 has given us a platform that solves all of these problems for us!
