Easily setup testing campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of setting up different campaigns

This works great for our company, what I don't like is not being able to see the actual emails that users were sent, only a like minded email and not the actual testing email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This really makes users think more about the emails they receive and if they should actually click on something in an unsolicited email

What do you dislike about the product?
limited innovation in IA, have some customization challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Human error in cybersecurity :KnowBe4 trains employees to recognize and avoid phishing attempts, CEO fraud, and other social engineering tactics.

The Only IT Initiative I've Implemented Where the Users Asked for More!
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training does exactly what they advertise. It is relatively simple to setup and runs without much intervention being required. We conduct monthly phishing campaigns and training campaigns. My users have asked if they could binge the training videos. Some departments have taken it upon themselves to print out screenshots from the KnowBe4 website and posted them in their breakrooms without IT prompting. Their support team has been proactively reaching out to me with suggestions for getting the most from the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes. I have opened several 'wish list' requests along the way. But these are just areas that I think would enhance the already strong offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Initially, KnowBe4 helped us check a box on a security checklist. However, overtime, based on user input we are seeing that it is having a positive impact on user's behavior. The number of times users take advantage of the Phish Alert Button has improved since implementing the SAT product.
Versatile software with a lot of application
What do you like best about the product?
The trainings do a good job of breaking down and explaining issues to users that have to view the trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be a lot of setup involved depending on how you want to use KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It explains to our users issues to be aware of with both personal and work devices and how those issues can potentially be avoided as well as consequences if they're not avoided and the seriousness of them.
Great to assess staff's basic understanding of cybersecurity.
What do you like best about the product?
Great to assess staff's basic understanding of cybersecurity. I was able to use this information to create other trainings that fit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
KnowBe4 as a whole is great, but navigation isn't all that intuitive, and around every turn, there is something being pushed that is an upgrade in a price range we cannot move to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This gave me a baseline so that I could plan training that hit our weaknesses.
Easy to understand
What do you like best about the product?
The training worked really well for our broad range of technical skillsets. It really breaks down vulnerabilities in an action-based way that doesn't confuse people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it could provide more detailed industry-based examples. For example, we are in the legal industry, here are the phishing attacks that are likely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A huge problem, social engineering leading to hacking and malware.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, always up to date content. A lot of choice in the content. Easy to deploy via the web. Great support, answers fast. We have set up a phishing campaing used monthly with great results ! It is co-existing with our other defense tools without issues. Deployment was easy.

nothing, all went very well for us admins and the users !

lacks of user experience with phishing, difficulty in the handling of these threaths.
An excellent, innovative, and robust training platform for a decade (and counting)
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4's content is always fresh and engaging. It presents useful information to users at any level of tech literacy (and this is coming from a user at a university, where levels of tech literacy are all over the map!). Their Learning Management System has capabilities that others have been unable to match, and continue to impress with their flexibility and openness to experiment with creative ways to stretch their boundaries. They have been a true partner for us in delivering all manner of organizational training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Admittedly, my organization is trying to make KnowBe4's platform do things it was not necessarily intended to do. Some of our organizational tech debt has spilled over in this context, and that has made it challenging to make full use of KnowBe4 in the ways we would want. That said, they have never said 'no' to our out-of-the-box ideas, it just takes a while for feature requests to manifest as supported capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 is the primary delivery mechanism for all manner of required employee training. For cybersecurity awareness, we use the content that KnowBe4 provides (and it is great!). For other operational areas, we upload our own content (SCORM packages) and leverage KnowBe4 as the Learning Management System for delivery. It's ability to read Active Directory and understand the employee/supervisor relationship makes escalation notifications (when people haven't completed the training yet and the deadline approaches) is a game-changer for us, as the other systems we have used in the past didn't have that capability and those escalations had to be handled manually.
Easy to configure but Reports can be better.
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciated the configurable aspects of the Phishing Campaign feature. The ability to tailor campaigns based on user language, select from various phishing categories, and adjust complexity levels made it highly effective and relevant for different teams across our organization. This flexibility ensures training is both realistic and appropriately challenging, which is key to raising awareness and improving security behavior.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting capabilities could definitely be improved. While the platform offers some useful built-in reports, there’s limited flexibility when it comes to customizing metrics or generating detailed reports tailored to our needs. More granular data and customizable reporting options would make the platform even more valuable from a security management perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How the platform trains users not just to identify phishing emails, but also how to react appropriately—especially the importance of reporting suspicious messages. This behavioral shift is critical in strengthening our overall security posture.
Great product with many options
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the simple interface while also offering many customizable options. Particularly the variety of trainings for staff that help keep our auditors happy, and even being able to rick roll users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the risk score to explain more how it determines where our organization is at, but it seems the risk score v2 may remediate this.

It is creating a unified source of user cybersecurity training.
