KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The training is available in many options. There are videos, brochures, posters, webinars, and other tools. The resources provided for free are enough to better educate members of any organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real cons that I can think of. The company provides awesome tools and resources for anyone that signs up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating co-workers and others about social engineering is a big plus. Watching the series "The Inside Man" and participating in security meetings has increased our overall awareness.
Enhance Anti-Phishing posture
What do you like best about the product?
A very insightful tool that helps us to visualize how our users deal with a suspicious email. We like that it's also a very customizable tool, which allows us to increase the interaction with the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
More webinars or longer videos with more details will be helpful since documentation sometimes doesn't seem to be enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generate more interaction with our users, providing a complete visualization of our current posture against phishing threats.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Deep dive into the official documentation for better understanding, and execute a pilot with some test users.

What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 has a broad selection of content to choose from. They cover various topics and in numerous methods as well, given its a video, series, interactive games, or even brochures.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is honestly nothing to dislike in KnowBe4. We love everything they offer and everything they stand for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the part of making sure our users are security-trained and prepared for incoming threats.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Follow their ASAP guide; it is truly amazing. I would also highly advise you to work with your marketing team to prepare for this together as it will increase your employees' engagement dramatically.
Leading edge phishing simulation platform
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 is constantly providing new and in the wild phishing templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We utilize the platform to train our users on phishing and to test them with monthly simulations. Knowbe4 has improved our overall security awareness and has made our users more vigilant for phishing attacks.

KnowBe4 is excellent awareness training! It is very informative and very current information. It kept me intrigued the entire training.

I did not dislike anything. I have nothing negative to say.

Not all training materials have a Chinese version. It takes time to get them converted.

What do you like best about the product?
I value all of the content that KnowBe4 provides and the flexibility for deployment. Their ability to deliver an entire security education program that makes real-world gains exceeds my expectations .
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally I have difficulty whar a specific minor feature I would like is missing. Sometimes I have difficulty finding appropriate training for niche issues I am looking to improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving issues with phishing and general Security Awareness training and testing. Our organization as a whole has learned to report incidents that seem suspicious. Additionally, we can meet security compliance requirements and educate our users efficiently.
KnowBe4 is the way to go!
What do you like best about the product?
The number of various topics to choose from. That and the range: Videos, games, posters, newsletters, Phishing, and training campaigns. Also, The Inside Man is the best series ever and I can't wait for Season 4 to come out!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to create your own phishing or email campaign, draft it and use it. I have a draft, but when I attempted to search for it, I wasn't able to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen a lot of positive feedback from all departments across our organization. We sent out a training campaign, which was optional and employees were wanting to gain access to KnowBe4 and complete it!

What do you like best about the product?
The training content. Accurate, quality information, and provided in a variety of ways to cater to anyone in the company. It far exceeds the quality of any competitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would love to see added to KnowBe4 is more info graphics with learning material that I can print and post throughout the company. It seems most are simply a "poster", I'm looking for learning content as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest issue we had in the business was thinking Cybersecurity was our problem and not theirs. This has shown our organization that Cybersecurity belongs to everyone!
