What do you like best about the product?
All of the phishing templets; the MOD Store and the training programs
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time, we have been using KB4 for 4+ years and are very pleased with it and the support we receive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyber security awareness for the users. Have seen a decline in those who fall for phishing. Also, using one of their training programs for our computer security awareness training for all users.

The software I use in attending a webinars for Cybersecurity.

What do you like best about the product?
The software does not need to download to access. By just clicking the link, you can use a browser to join the webinar. The speakers on the even the profile you can access to get to know them. Also, there are tools that you can click if you need something. The time is indicated at the bottom of the screen so you would know how long is the topic is going and how long it will take.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much I dislike. I think this is an excellent platform to attend a webinar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the beginning, I find it challenging to use. But then, I figure out how to use it, and I find it suitable. I find it also different, and it has the other tools that the other webinar software has none.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to attend the webinar Knowbe4. Not only can you learn something from Professionals in Cyberbesecurity, but also the software is quite different and exciting. You can see the profiles of the speakers, and you can still watch the topic in case you missed it.

What do you like best about the product?
When we have questions about setting the training campaigns, the customer support team has been very responsive and works with us via Zoom to confirm that we understand our options. The training curriculum has a good amount of variety and the 'fake phishing' tests have been effective in evaluating our security awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not had any issues with KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We raise the awareness of our staff to the threats we face inside and outside of the organization. Testing shows that the training has had a positive impact in making our organization more secure.

What do you like best about the product?
Kevin Mitnick shows you not only that you shouldn't do something but shows you why from the attacker's point of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training doesn't follow a coherent theme. Since they've acquired so much content from different companies, there is no consistency. Some is good, some is pretty bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 provides our generic annual security awareness training as well as our new hire security awareness training. It's nice to have that taken off our plate. Emails can be sent on a schedule and tracking who has taken the training is super easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The training is good, but not great. Higher tiers of training have more diverse content. It's still a good value for the price, but as they increase the cost, that becomes less true.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is simple to use and very effective. The dashboard provides a single pane of glass for everything. The content of the training is up to date and relevant to current trends. Set it one time and forget it; the system will manage everything related to itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to find something which we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased the security awareness of our users; after using KnowBe4, our phish prone ratio decreased big time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup and use. Training campaigns can be as easy or complicated as you want them to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some automation for testing schedules would be better.

Employees are your weakest link so training them to recognize scams and phishing attacks is priceless!

What do you like best about the product?
The training is in-depth, but does not venture to the realm of being too difficult to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
In regards to the phishing emails, we send out test phishing emails which work fine, but when we send them out to other team members they do not show the training at the end or direct to a website that says they have been phished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving problems with users clicking on links that are spoofed. We realized we have a few people who still are falling for this phishing scam.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that they came out with AIDA, which is much more realistic on our phishing tests than they would see in the wild. They also have excellent customer service if a problem arises it's addressed immediatly and professionally.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue we have had was with our smart groups; we would like to see the and/or option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The training is very broad of what classes they offer. We use KnowBe4 for all of our annual security training, as well as clicker training for employees that fail the monthly phishing test.
