Does the job, the UI looks old
What do you like best about the product?
It proposes a large offering of trainings and answer all my compliance and regulation needs

The UI is really not user friendly, it looks old

I needed my teams to follow different types of trainings to be compliant with various regulations.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4’s Security Awareness Training platform offers a comprehensive, engaging, and user-friendly solution for organizations seeking to strengthen their cybersecurity posture through employee education. After implementing the platform across our organization, we observed measurable improvements in security awareness, user engagement, and phishing detection rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of KnowBe4 is that while it offers extensive customization, setting up advanced phishing simulations and tailoring training paths can be time-consuming and may require a learning curve for new administrators. Additionally, some of the training content could be better localized for global teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training addresses the critical issue of human error in cybersecurity by educating employees to recognize and respond appropriately to threats like phishing, social engineering, and ransomware. By simulating real-world attacks and providing engaging, up-to-date training, it helps reduce our organization’s vulnerability to breaches, improves compliance with security policies, and builds a stronger overall security culture. This proactive approach has led to fewer security incidents and more informed, vigilant staff.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and intuitive UI. Deploying our first phishing test was simple and straight forward, results were easy to read and gave a lot of detail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process was a little lengthy, party down to back and forward short teams calls, rather than it being resolved in one longer meeting, with a support engineer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a phishing attack that was partially successful, with other third party security products in place this still slipped the net. User training and user tests have and will continue to combat this.

Nothing. The initial setup takes some time, but it is very well guided.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 can provides ongoing, customizable phishing simulations that mimic real attacks. it also helps employees recognize and respond to phishing in a safe environment. Knowbe4 provides a wide variety of training materials (videos, games, quizzes, posters) in multiple languages. Providing material in multiple language is one of the very good feature for Global organizations. Phish Alert tool is very useful for employee's to report the suspicious email. Risk scoring and reporting options are best to visualize the current situation and what action need to take to improve the overall security maturity of organization.

Nothing is available which I personally dislike.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowbe4 platform having multiple features and by using such training and awareness features, we were able to resolve several critical problems related to Human errors. Earlier several problems we were facing such as how to measure the security awareness, employees was not able to recognize the phishing. But once we started utilizing the knowbe4 platform we observed that the security maturity level of organization enhanced and improved.

Sometimes can be tricky to configure according to best practices, ask a KnowBe4 rep for guidance

the training is great for beginners, but for more experienced or technical employees, the modules can feel too simplistic or repetitive.
