What do you like best about the product?
The system has been easy to use and setup. We derive great value from keeping security awareness top and center for employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't really have any issues or concerns with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By automating the process of testing we are able to keep IT security awareness top and center for folks. We also have leveraged the very professional training packages to educate employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We have derived great value from using this product; i have no problem recommending this product.

What do you like best about the product?
The one on one guidance, support, and checkup is the best part of their service.
What do you dislike about the product?
IT training topics are not a favorite, in general. The training application is easy to navigate but it's still a challenge to get employees to participate. This obviously isn't a criticism of Knowb4, it's the only negative I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using KnowBe4 to primarily train our users on recognizing phishing. It's caused all of our users to question any and all email that comes to them. I guess that's better than not questioning any of them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It offers solid training on phishing and other threat actor awareness. They use a combination of video, slides, and interactive media.

User friendly and its large library of security training videos and information.

Overall, everything is ok except for few added options that can be helpful when creating a security campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training users how to spot phishing e-mails and how to be vigilant as part of our security awareness program.

It's a good investment and offer a wealth of information that your company utilize and benefit from, offers good return on investment.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great to have one system to plan and manage training, perform phishing campaigns and review suspicious emails reported by users. I also appreciate that they are always actively developing their products, adding features, improving workflow, etc.
And every time I have questions their support team is quick to respond and very helpful. I wish they could give lessons to the support teams at other vendors with whom we work.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I have had to date is that they developed their other systems in a way that does not feel the same as KMSAT, requiring mastery of two learning curves rather than one. However, I believe they are working on improving this now by increasing commonality across their multiple products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are dispelling the notion among our employees that we are not a target for threat actors. We are also discovering that our previous security posture was not as good as previously thought. Just the metrics gleaned from evaluating simulated phishing campaigns and reported emails has changed our view of security awareness as an organization. By improving upon our human firewall, we are now acting as a better informed participant in our own defense in the area of security awareness.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should plan to work with your account representative and ask a lot of questions. The representatives are very helpful and have access to subject matter experts who quickly join the conversation as needed.
Prepare to work with them as a business partner and not just a tool in your toolbox you pull out when needed.

Great for creating a security culture in your organization
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that KnowB4 has premade content that I can assign to team members for training. Their content is packed with useful information and really great examples to put risky security situations into context.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the experience for first time users. My new team members always have difficulties logging in for the first time or receiving their invitation emails. Once they're into the application, it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowB4 provided me with a way to actively train my team on cybersecurity practices and to test them on a regular basis to see if they are practicing that they learned. A benefit I've realized is that by seeing which users are, "risky," I'm able to better understand where our training can be improved and see what types of threats we are vulnerable to.
We've received great support from everyone at KB4.
What do you like best about the product?
KB4 staff is proactive in calling my attention to new features and training material. They help me keep the experience fresh and interesting for our employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling training is a little complicated. Since I usually do it in batches, I have to refresh my memory on the correct process when I start a new batch. Not a huge challenge, but the one thing I think could use some improvement.

We have increased everyone's awareness of security and the importance of being vigilant. I receive positive feedback from senior management regarding the training material and the results.

Great Training!
What do you like best about the product?
Once you understand the interface, it is pretty easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a training campaign opens, you can not make any changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using KB4 to accomplish our annual required training, do Phishing tests, provide supplemental /non-required training as well a providing some "fun" training using their "Inside Man" series of short fun videos that provide learning in the form of a Netflix type of medium.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the platform as a whole, from setup to ongoing administration it is simple and easy to use. The users love the training. The responsiveness of the account manager at initial setup was excellent, they were in contact to ensure we were getting full use of it and are still touching base a few times a year to update us on new content, additions/changes to the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not found anything that I've actively disliked so far and I'm nearly 3 years using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues with phishing and general security practices. Since implementation we've seen a drop in calls to the helpdesk for these issues, freeing us up to work on other areas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a trial and you wont look back. My users actively ask me when the next training is coming out. Its engaging my users and whether they realise it or not they are absorbing the information.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform, ample support from the KnowBe4 and many training options for my team. One of my favorite features is that you can schedule out trainings and phishing campaigns fairly quickly and be all set for months.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the phishing button is a great tool, I don't really have anyway of analyzing these emails as they come in. KnowBe4 has a platform that will do this for us but our organization is not large enough to add the feature on to our subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user is ultimately your firewall. If a bad email or text gets through to a device the user is the one that hast to be your firewall. Security awareness training has given me confident that my team is doing just this - being our last line of defense.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is clean, intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the 3 years, I've been a customer I have enjoyed everything about the software. I switched from a competitor so I knew what I wanted and after reviewing 3 other platforms I selected KnowBe4.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I started phishing training and security awareness my company failed 2 out of 3 phishing attempts. Now after many campaigns and automated training sessions my company only fails less than 3 percent of advanced phishing tests.
