Great product, obsessive reps

What do you like best about the product?
It’s a great platform for both educating and testing end users. I feel like it really does harden our security.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started up a few years back, I found the sales reps to be too aggressive. Now an active customer, I find the “customer success” representatives to be the same way. As an IT professional, I know what I want and I will tell you what I want. Don’t badger me. It looks bad and it is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above, my users are more educated, more aware, and a lot less click happy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s worth the money. Give it a shot. Avoid the KnowBe4 Second Chance utility if you use SRP, as it causes problems with Microsoft Office.

Security awareness soars with KnowBe4

What do you like best about the product?
The support staff at KnowBe4, especially our customer success manager, have remained engaged and assisted us in implementing and driving adoption for security training.They've helped us setup campaigns, reviewed new features and made it easier for us to build timely security training that's relevant to mitigating the most common threats facing our staff and builds staff confidence and adoption not resentment.
It's easy to setup, administer and report within the platform. It's taken our security awareness to a new level with a very reasonable amount of effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I have to pick something I"d say the vishing product. Its the least relevant or applicable to my environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're raising awareness by testing users with regular tailored email campaigns. We've seen a marked decrease in negative interactions with potentially malicious email. Staff are more aware about the potential for serious consequences and are more open to asking for help before acting on messages that may be "phishy". Our phish prone percentage has gone from about industry standard to less than 25% of industry standard.
The reporting is also great. We can quickly pull back and report on trends and improvements from the higher levels then quickly drill into individual users and their interaction history. this allows us to see the bigger threats and whos most likely to act on them. we can tailor our attention and resources to those issues and users that need it most.
Reporting through the phish alert button has been a huge success with staff.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Run the trial. See if it fits. If you choose to implement be sure to capture your staffs first campaign numbers, test regularly and if your like us you'll be amazed at how much they improve in a year. Also, be sure to check out the security training offerings. Many are very professionally produced, timely and funny. Our staff gets security education and they appreciate that it's high quality and, most importantly, brief.

What do you like best about the product?
Complete product. Flexible options with the phishing campaigns. Extensive training library. Support is fantastic to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does require a decent amount of dedicated administration to setup, configure and manage to get the most value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our end users are far more aware and conscious of phishing emails and other potentially malicious activity.

What do you like best about the product?
The online training is rather good and helps with compliance. The simulated phishing module helps reinforce what is learned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Troubleshooting issues with false clicks in simulated emails tests is painful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to develop a more secure culture within our organization. Have seen greater awareness of social engineering

Overall it is a good platform with quality training and modules. Troubleshooting and support is lacking so make sure you do a trial first.

Must-have Tool for Small Business

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the large library of learning videos and other resources. I can create custom learning playlists and tailor them to the many types of users in the organization. The Phishing simulator function is such an effective way to innoculate user to Phishing emails. For example, the baseline test failed almost 70 percent of the organization. After the training videos and hands-on instruction on spotting fake emails, my failure rate dropped to zero! Now people in my organization come to me and say " I printed this email out because it looks suspicious, the return-to email URL was incorrect"
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I can say is the there is a large wealth of content available and choosing the writing curriculum or content can be challenging. I would like more assistance from account reps that are somewhat knowledgeable about my companies space
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issue of information leakage and protection of the network. We have reduced our failure rate from 70 percent to 0 percent in less than 4 weeks
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you ask your account POC to help craft a training curriculum based on your industry. This will make implementation and training much faster

Users are always aware that if they click a link the management will learn of it. They are more cautious.

The system does exactly what it says I have no complaints.

What do you like best about the product?
Their phishing test setup is by far the best we have seen. We test our employees monthly and there is a tremendous amount of templates available and the templates are updated regularly. I feel the phishing campaigns are critical to our security. Our employees have become so much more diligent in reviewing their emails before acting upon an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
When working with support, the automated support emails are not helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use KnowBe4 for our Security Awareness Training, to report suspicious emails and to send phishing campaigns.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In our opinion, KnowBe4 is by far the best Security Awareness product available.

What do you like best about the product?
Training is contemporary and well received by employees; phishing emails are easy to put together; support is great; pricing is perfect for a small organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the simple things to do on the back end aren't very clear.Example: I want to add a new user. I search and search and then realize its under "import" users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting regulatory requirements. Providing good training. Making sure (through phishing emails) the training works and our employees are on top of things. I save a lot of time--I don't have to create training programs and do them myself.

Excellent Content/Training Material

What do you like best about the product?
The training material is fantastic. So many corporate training programs just cover enough material to protect the company legally. KnowBe4 focuses on training individuals to protect themselves, and the company they work, for by giving many (many!) real world examples to help understand the how, what, where, and why of security. Training material, itself, is pointless unless it sinks in. The structure and variety of training material offered does just that, it sinks in and stays with you. Another feature, that is extremely helpful, is the ability to set up recurring phishing tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The administrative interface isn't the most intuitive. Everything you need to do is there, sometimes it just takes a little trial/error to figure it out. This is a very minor inconvenience for the vast quantity of training/testing material and approaches you receive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My users, at least those that have been around a few months, can easily identify phishing and security threat related emails, almost immediately. We have dropped from 17% click prone to <1% in less than a year. My users also understand building security better, which is important in this unstable society we live in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Training and testing material is worthless if the content is not easy to understand and remember. KnowBe4 goes out of their way to make all of their content extremely easy to understand and the material is quite in-depth and extensive.
