KnowBe4 Quality
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service is outstanding and they continue to add and improve their service offerings. They always seem to be on top of the most current threats out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer if they allowed our subscription to cover an unlimited number of users so I didn't have to leave out some clerical staff or other associates due to cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee awareness of phishing and other related cybersecurity risks

GREAT idea! No matter the size of your company!
What do you like best about the product?
My on-boarding process with my rep was flawless, he walked me through everything so clearly and I was able to keep up my training and campaigns on my own with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any. Before I instituted our KB4 training, there was no phishing training at all in my company. I get thanked about once a week by someone for putting this into place and opening people's eyes to what is out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The folks at my company get a lot of emails, and before KB4, they weren't being vigilant to not click on things. This has opened their eyes and they are thankful for it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Trust KnowBe4! They have super knowledgeable folks on their team that are always willing to help make your life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is service oriented--they check in with their customers and walk them through setting up phishing test campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like having to set up phishing tests myself--but KnowBe4 makes it easy and they will do it with you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 his been critical in training our employees about phishing and other security threats. They make phishing tests that teach users to question every email they receive. And the results are measurable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
KnowBe4 is reasonably priced and is important in today's world. Think of the costs of failure--of malware, ransomware, and data loss. You have to educate your employees. KnowBe4 makes it easy.

What do you like best about the product?
Their phishing training campaign is easy to setup, monitor, and they have a lot of templates to choose from. My fellow team members are now always on the look out for phishing e-mails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any dislikes with KnowBe4. The consistently offer a great product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My fellow team members are now more aware of phishing e-mails and the various cyber threats that they face.

What do you like best about the product?
The training modules are not lengthy, so it is easy to keep employees "tuned up" without taking them away from other tasks for extended training.
I'm also pleased with being able to hammer my office with assorted phishing campaigns year round. It is good to see how seldom they have taken the bait, something like three times in three years. Looks like the training is working!

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Setting up training sessions, seems I always have to relearn all the various tabs and possibilities. However my rep has been very helpful with this.
2. Not able to include family members in the program since they do not use our firm's domain name. My wife NEEDS to be phished.
3. WORSE: having to figure out how to create and upload a screenshot into this survey!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any number of times employees have told me "I almost clicked on that", then their training kicked in and they avoided opening evil emails.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Set up a perpetual phishing campaign.
Very good service. Great value for the money.

Extremely easy to use, constant updates to address the current threat landscape.

I have not tried half of the functionalities yet so I cannot comment.

I love it when people click on the phishing attachments or links. That is the best learning method I have encounter so far.
The most rewarding phishing training/awareness tool available.

The tool effectively raised the awareness from the staffs and the training becomes part of the new employee orientation mandate.

Do not have any dislike about KnowBe4. The solution works for us.

We have dramatically reduce the number of phishing emails clicked by the employees. The phishing report provides a good base for employee re-train.

It is a small investment with big returns.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 allows me to create customized campaigns that are relevant to today's topics and headlines for a thorough test of our employee's knowledge of how to avoid suspicious emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I cannot find a report formatted the way I like, but it is a minor inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving are better training and explore to employees to make sure they are keeping on their toes when it comes to avoiding the pitfalls of email scams or hacks.
Comprehensive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The system is VERY comprehensive and easy to use. We migration from another solution that was harder to administer and this one is SO much better. The value for the price point is spot on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system is meant to be used "as designed" and doesn't offer quite as much flexibility as we would like. The team always helps us work through that though

Security training, Phishing testing and campaigns etc.

Get the full (premium) package over a long term contract to save $
Valuable training that's easy to administer
What do you like best about the product?
The program is easy to understand and the staff at KnowBe4 are very helpful. We were able to get things set up and the phishing tests deployed in just a couple of weeks. It was great to get a baseline score so quickly. I was surprised to find that even with our in-house training, our users were still only average at spotting phishing. Users have improved dramatically in a few months.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost too many choices for types of phishing emails and training. It's hard to pick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our staff is becoming more aware of the threats of unknown emails and have significantly reduced their clicking.

I feel like the staff at KnowBe4 really care that we get the most and best use of the product.
