User friendly security training solution
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 makes delivering security training to our employees easy and effective. The workflow for admins is easy and makes onboarding new hires quick and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Additional support for adding a company's custom training content would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily HIPAA compliance and generally managing risk and educating our employees on security best practices.
great training for eliminating human error
What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup - easily integrated Active Directory users. Plenty of choices for training programs - from videos, to games, to interactive training, there is so much available that it's very easy to customize for your particular organization's users.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides that I have experienced. The most complicated thing is convincing our users how beneficial the training is!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Users have become MUCH more aware about "bad emails" - things that have malicious links or attachments are almost never opened anymore!

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the exceptional level of support, guidance, and hand-holding that the knowbe4 staff give. They even proactively call regularly to check in and inform us of any new features or changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside presently is the level of false-positives that Microsoft's ATP gives on phishing campaign emails that contain images. From my understanding this issue is being resolved soon, if not already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has created a much higher baseline of understanding and awareness of security and email best-practices for all of our employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Upon enrolling wait for their setup team to walk you through configuration. There is almost an art-form to their system and any attempt by you to configure it ahead of time can only complicate things.
Easy to use and great for reporting and training! Fresh new content year round.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the visibility of the training and reporting of campaigns and users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the all the new campaigns and training were available instead of plan levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are now able to raise awareness of our staff about phishing attempts and track and coach their progress in staying attentive and meet our examiners questions about training of staff for cyber security.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to train and test your staff, its the easiest and most visual reporting software I have seen to date.
A Great Learning Tool...wish we had know before we got caught! ;)
What do you like best about the product?
A very simple learning tool. Our company got caught in a very minor malware trap, but it was enough to show us that we were not doing enough to keep our employees trained on current dangers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly, we have not found any yet. The initial training was very informative and the continued testing is keeping us alert.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, simply knowing that this product keeps our employees alert and on their toes to potential threats to our company is worth it...another insurance policy so we can sleep easier at night.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. We found it very easy to implement and it has provided a wealth of education to our users.

KnowBe4 range of features has been a great addition to our security portfolio and risk management. The platform has made it easy for us to administer and automate the education and security awareness process and we have received several accolades as a result.

Not so much as dislike but I do see a lot of opportunities for AI and more automation. No specific tool is perfect but this one is by far the best fit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Risk Management, Security Awareness, Education and Security as a whole.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be open and candid with the KnowBe4 team. They are there to help and tailor the solution to fit your requirements, in particular, if you are on a pinch trying to satisfy a security requirement. They are a great source and assistance with every aspect of security.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve user awareness to Cyber security threats

An importamt component of our security puzzle
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly test our user's abilities to recognize phishing attacks through targeted emails is the key component of the toolset. It has been outstanding in recognizing and avoiding some spear-phishing attacks that make it through our email security system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was better mobile support for managing and monitoring campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do all of our annual security training through KnowBe4 (we assign each user the annual Kevin Mitnick training) and assign it to new users, It has lowered our threat exposure to targeted mail campaigns significantly.

Easy of use. The service is well layed out and easy to navigate.

Need more "professional" (less comedic) training videos

Keeping users from clicking on things they should not.

Use it! Its worth every penny and cheaper than getting phished!
Great tool for cybersecurity training
What do you like best about the product?
Employees have learned a lot of different ways to be cautious of phishing attempts through test email phishing campaigns. They have also learned many different variations of cyber security attacks by watching the informative training videos. Our assigned rep made initial campaign setup very easy and painless, and offered sample plans and suggestions to follow depending on how often we want to test our employees.

Not having more interactive tools at the gold price level
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less people are clicking on possible harmful links and they question everything!
