A great tool for email security training
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 easily integrates wit our IdP, making user management and training tracking a breeze. Implementing the tool takes a few hours maximum and only needs to be reviewed once per quarter depending on the need.
We have never had an issue requiring support but whenever we need to communicate with the them for our contract, we always have an answer quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel like you are always missing out on features available in a higher tier of subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both for compliance requirement and for user training, having a phishing campaign with highly customizable templates (including a large library) is a great asset.
Our developers often talk about the emails they received to see if they can find our which are from a campaign and to us, this means they are more aware at all times.

Easy Campaign Creation, But Videos Need Updating
What do you like best about the product?
The process of creating campaigns is straightforward and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The videos feel somewhat outdated, and I think they should be updated to focus more on current, threat-based content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Awareness about phishing is important. Understanding how phishing works can help protect against online threats and scams.
Effective Phishing Training with Great Support, but Needs a Fresher Interface
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very interactive and easy to follow. The real-world phishing simulations really help reinforce awareness and good habits. The integration with Google Workspace is really easy to follow and their team is always awaiting for your questions and ready to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some modules feel repetitive after a while, and the interface could be a bit more modern and faster to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helped us spot phishing attempts and risky behaviors before they become real issues. And of course made everyone more aware and confident about cybersecurity topics.
Flexible Training Options and User Interaction Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the trainings have many options and settings and ways to notify and interact with the end user.

I have not found anything we dislike about the product.

KnowBe4 s allowing us to have fun with a very serious subject and to work with our workforce in a way that can help them both in their personal lives and their work times.
Intuitive and Engaging Security Training with Excellent Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using the KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training platform. I find it very intuitive and effective, especially because of its strong integration with Google services and its robust reporting capabilities, which make it easy to monitor progress and measure results. I also appreciate the learning experience it provides, the video-based training is engaging and well-structured, offering targeted content that helps users truly understand and retain security best practices.

In some situations, having additional options to customize the content or reporting layouts for particular organizational requirements would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is tackling one of the most significant challenges in cybersecurity: the human element. By providing ongoing education on topics like phishing, social engineering, and various security threats, the platform plays a key role in minimizing the risk of human mistakes that could result in security incidents. Additionally, it offers detailed reports and metrics, which enable us to monitor user progress and pinpoint areas that require further focus. This data-driven strategy not only enhances our organization’s overall security posture but also fosters a stronger culture of security awareness among employees.

The many class offerings along with the ability to tailor trainings for quarterly/yearly training.

Great Customization and Feedback, but Needs More Varied Test Scenarios
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability it has to allow us to create customizable phishing campaigns as well as customizable training regimes for our enrolled staff. The feedback obtained after tabulating the aggregated test results is highly appreciated as it compares our buisness against others in the same or similar areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about this product is that there are a couple of tests that are a bit repetitive and havent changed much in content over time. As such, our enrolled staff quickly recognizes these and always get the answers right. Though some may consider this as an indicator that they are aware of the situation and know how to respond accordingly, but some variance in the scenarios would definitely go a long way to show that its not always going to be coming to them in that exact same manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The KnowBe4 Security Awareness training, as its name implies, provides us with a necessary training environment for our staff when it comes to improving their cybersecurity practices. This tool helps them understand that the IT unit is not the only division within an organization that is solely responsible for cybersecurity and that they also each need to both understand and play their parts in preventing and reporting cyber threats. In our organization this is important as our staff were not always that tech savvy and didnt understand that the Nigerian Prince is actually a scammer just waiting to take their money. With respect to our business sector, this is even more imporant as financial institutions need to be very strict when it comes to cybersecurity in order to safeguard both the information and financial assets of our clients.

The phishing testing is very good. Also they have good customer suppport.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of at this moment.

Educating users about cyber security.
KnowBe4 Sets the Gold Standard for Security Awareness Training
What do you like best about the product?
I haven't found another security awareness training company with the amount of templates and quality of templates that KnowBe4 has. KnowBe4 is the gold standard.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike. We love our teams, especially the managed services team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen a big improvement in security awareness amongst our employees. It gives us a sense of security, knowing that they are used to receiving phishing email and know what to look for to validate those emails.
Great Variety and Usability, but Customization Needs Support
What do you like best about the product?
Modstore has a lot of options and the platform is easy to manage
What do you dislike about the product?
When using default setup you don't encounter many issues, but when you try to customize, templates or other settings, you need to spend some time or get support from the KnowBe4 team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need ongoing training for our staff and KnowBe4 is addressing that need greatly
