Awesome Experince and each front-end
What do you like best about the product?
I would first off like to start by stating this has been an expotential force-multiplyer. The more people that are trained to spot potential phishing activity the safer are our orgaization is from threats which esentially makes our IT security team in fact, much bigger because each person is acting as a security analyst in there own way. The trainging is also very interactive and engaging fostering a community or culture of cyber awareness.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont know of any downsides as when we started the program we had a much higer phish prone rate then we do today. That means we can statiscally see that the training is paying off and the product does what it is desined to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its is solving the ongoing and ever-evolving lanscape of phishing in the fact that less and less users are falling for scams and the education is paying in spaded

Occasionally, some training modules feel more outdated than newer content. Some users have mentioned that the training content can be repetitive, which may lead to disengagement among employees

By reducing phishing risks by simulating attacks and training employees to recognize and respond to them, KnowBe4 helps reduce the risk of successful phishing attempts.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that is very easy to use this platform and the user experience is nice
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe I will say that I don’t like the fact that sometimes there’s not as many Spanish content as English

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 offers engaging and interactive training modules that make learning about cybersecurity both informative and enjoyable. The real-world examples and phishing simulations help reinforce key concepts and promote better security habits across any organization
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is overall very effective, some of the training modules can feel slightly repetitive over time, especially for users who are already familiar with cybersecurity basics. However, this repetition can also reinforce important concepts, which is beneficial in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training is solving the problem of human error and helping organizations be able to focus on more technical threats.
People over product
What do you like best about the product?
As an admin of the platform for a small company, under 50 employees, I like how user-friendly this product is. The dashboard has a great overview of the company and when I drill down it’s easy to see where an employee missed something, phishing email, campaign, training, etc. I can then personalize the training for the individual employee.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with the recent update to the Risk Score, it’s convoluted and hard to use as a training or educational tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I inherited the product but it was severely underutilized by the previous admin. I have effectively leveraged it so that all employees are now aware what KnowBe4 is. It helped employees understand that there are bad actors everywhere and that the human element can be the strongest force to protect the company.

Short insightful training modules to keep knowledge fresh in users minds and through their daily actions and interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some training can be too animated/cartoonish and feel some users feel that we may be talking down to them by assigning them too cute of a training modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping users up to date on current threats, it benefits me by giving me more time to work on other projects.

That is is not easy to preview the videos you want to administer

How engaging it is for our employees and how much they look forward to the "Inside Man Training".
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes too repetitive, more quizzes would be helpful.

It is keeping the employees engaged, while improving their understanding of possible risks.
Awareness training that is easy to like and works for our users
What do you like best about the product?
Knowbe4 security awareness training has been very easy to use and also very highly effective. Our users seem to really get a lot out of it and it doesn't pose a great burden on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really noticed any downside to the training except for once in a great while one of our users claims to have finished the training but the dashboard shows that they have not completed it yet.

The training really helps keep our users on their toes when it comes to spotting suspicious emails.
