Good way to keep non technical users involved in security

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to set up recurring phishing tests and monitor the results over the course of several months

Some of the setup process feels a little obtuse, quite a bit of non requested emails on add-ons and additional
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're keeping people more aware of email that's coming in. We've largely seen a reduction in the number of folks clicking and interacting with the phish emails as well as non test emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how every part of the process was followed up with quickly and we receive quality support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike. It's a great service.

We are enhancing our security of information for our companies data.

What do you like best about the product?
The phishing test and USB test are the best parts of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike any part of KnowBe4, but I have less experience with the PAB than other products they offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have had terrific improvements to our security posture because of the phishing tests, and users are always vigilant because of training and knowing we may be testing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You may not need the training modules, but they are actually pretty thorough and well-produced. You can test their phishing test for free, but they offer much more than that.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the videos and games and phishing emails. Our users have even commented on how good/funny the videos are. I also love customer service everytime I send an email my rep responds very quickly and if she isnt able to do it she provides me with other options.
We also have their PhishAlert which has been great watching it evolve. Our users love being able to submit it and also when it is a phishing test they get excited about seeing the good job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish KnowBe4 had better reporting on their KCM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using the PhishER as a way to look over emails instead of having them go directly into our inbox. Also the KCM has been great. The previous Security Awareness company wasnt that great. We only had 3 emails we could choose from for the month and they all had to go out at once. KB4 has so many templates and allows us to schedule and do random emails

just get it it is great!

Training is amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
My account representative and the team at KnowBe4 are awesome. Every time I have a question or need more information about something my rep is right away emailing me or giving me a phone call. The training they offer is very good and the topics that are geared towards certain topics are great. The employees enjoy the training and like that I switch things up from all videos to games sometimes. They get a lot out of the training that is offered. New training is always added so I am always updating my training schedule to include that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike. Everything I need to be able to do and train my employees with is there.
One thing I wish I was able to do is instead of having to select a group to assign training to, be able to just assign to an individual person. Sometimes there is one or two videos that I need assigned to either just one person or 3 or 4 different people but not always the same people. Having to create a new group every time that happens can be cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we first started the training I had a good amount of employees that were failing the phishing email tests. That was a big risk for our company, an employee clicking on something and then releasing it into the network would be critical. Now I haven't had an employee click on a phishing email in about a month now, and phishing emails are sent out weekly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get it. It is very easy to use. There are a ton of videos you can watch to learn everything. There is constantly new training being added.

What do you like best about the product?
Low cost solution to anti-phishing training and testing. Nearly 1,000 training modules available. Pleasant, proactive, and helpful, staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any complaints or suggestions for improvement. I highly recommend KnowBe4 as a service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zero problems. Effectively trained staff. Lowered phishing hits.

What do you like best about the product?
It's automation. You can set it up and it will send out email reminders telling the users to complete their training. You can also set up phishing campaigns that will send out test emails automatically. You can repeat these campaigns weekly or monthly. If a user clicks on a phishing test email, it will send this user to the "Clickers" group. When a user is added to this Clickers group, they automatically have to complete a 15 minute training session. It sends them a daily email reminder to complete their training until they complete it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any downside to using KnowBe4. I have been very satisfied with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before KnowBe4, our users would click on email links or attachments without thinking if it was a phishing/malicious email or not. After KnowBe4, our users are much more aware of the dangers associated with email usage. Our click percentage is extremely low because our users now stop and think before clicking. If they spot a phishing email, they will use their phishing button to remove it from their Inbox. The main benefit realized is our end users are wiser in spotting a phishing/malicious email compared to how they were before we introduced KnowBe4.

Powerful Tool to help training and testing

What do you like best about the product?
Comprehensive library of information that can be used to help with the training and testing of employees. You can test employee even if you have multiple businesses lines and services under different domains. You just have to probe that your company owns these domains.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a dislike, it more that depending on the environment, you are required to make changes on your systems to allow for testing and phishing to go thru.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure that employees are knowledgeable on the the security risk that can cause the company to be attacked and our information stolen.Client information is very critical to protect and can cost the company more in fees and penalties. You may want to check with your insurance provider to see if this service will help reduce the insurance rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I like that you will have a person to work with during the implementation and have one person as a point of contact.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 provides a great product at a very reasonable price point. Their team is great at sending frequent communication and following up to help make sure you are making the most of their product and actively test and monitor your organizations security. The amount of community created content is also fantastic! If knowBe4 doesn't have a template or poster that you are looking for, chances are that someone in the community has created something that you can add and use at no additional cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative I can think of is that they may be a bit excessive with the number of emails that are sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has provided me insight into who in my organization is most at risk of falling victim to cyber threats, phishing, and social engineering, as well as providing real world examples of how these threats can impact an organization and how I can work to stop them. Their training programs have also been fantastic and have prompted a lot more conversations around the office about security and a general heightened awareness of the different scams and threats that are out there.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
KnowBe4 is a great platform that is very affordable, especially for small organizations. I have looked at similar systems in use by larger organizations that I work with, and they cost more and aren't as easy to set-up, use, and administer. KnowBe4's support team is very friendly and very proactive in contacting customers to make sure they are aware of everything the program has to offer and help you implement it in a way that uses their established best practices. If you have any difficulties or questions, they are available to walk you through the site and help in any way they can. Send them an email or give them a call if you have any problems!
