Phish tests work painlessly
What do you like best about the product?
The phish testing can be automated and scheduled
What do you dislike about the product?
Drilling down into phish tests can take some time. Also the reporting is a little lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying happy clickers in the office.
Training our users to detect and avoid phishing scams in their email inboxes
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to manage ongoing training campaigns to keep our users up to date on the latest phishing scams out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find the user interface a bit cumbersome. As an admin, I have to go through an excessive series of clicks to get to the content I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've experienced multiple real-world attacks on our users through phishing attempts. By using the KnowBe4 user training on a weekly basis, we've seen many of our users become more adept at spotting and avoiding those suspicious emails in the inbox.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out their yearly convention events. We went to KB4CON in Orlando in 2019. It was awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of training courses offered from safety, security awareness, HR topics & more!
What do you dislike about the product?
My experience with KnowBe4 has been positive. I haven't experienced any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The KnowBe4 training allows us to engage our associates and provide critical training that is easily accessed and completed during their work day.
ROI is through the roof.
What do you like best about the product?
As a small agency, with a small IT staff, we simply don't have the free cycles to create the materials KnowBe4 provides for us. They look great, speak to very relevant subject matter, and save us so much time. They have a very professional staff and incredible service, always reaching out to see if they can help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had more free cycles to take greater advantage of all that the product has to offer. Very extensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Raising security awareness is huge, having your staff comfortable enough to talk about it is critical. This gets the conversation started very quickly. It really speaks to our end users.

What do you like best about the product?
Wide variety of available training videos, and "The Inside Man" series is a new favorite - different tactic for training videos which is a great idea! It is developing a much greater awareness across all our user base that every person has responsibility for security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not seen any downsides at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping our users become more aware of their role in maintaining our organization's security. It is creating dialog across all of our user base, as they discussing with each other the phishing simulations that they are receiving.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The use of alternate videos, which contain humor/satire, has proven to be very valuable to many of our users who tend to see this kind of training as boring. These alternatve videos which KB4 has produced is a great bonus feature.
Great for onboard training on security
What do you like best about the product?
Great for teaching users what to watch out for then put them to the test.
All of our users are required to complete about 60 minutes of training courses to teach/refresh knowledge on email security and social hacking.
Recently we added the training for harassment prevention which was easily to implement since users were already familiar with the training site.

Some browsers can have issues if they leave a training open too long

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to me my requirements for providing end-user training by leveraging the services of Knowbe4

I have no dislikes presently. It would be great to have this training within our intranet,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Educating users of their role in protecting the network environment.
KnowBe4 is an integral part of our security strategy
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to setup phishing and training campaigns and tailor them to specific groups. I like the auto-enrollment feature for new users and Clickers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints. We have not explored the USB, Vishing or ASAP functions but we may in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have two primary uses for KnowBe4.
Monthly phishing tests - This is useful to keep our users alert for phishing emails and the followup trainings for those in the Clickers group is a good reminder on how to analyze email.
New Employee training with updated training modules - We use these trainings to educate our employees on the threats to the business and to their personal computers and to establish a baseline of knowledge company wide.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the simplicity of setting up phishing and security awareness campaigns. It is also very simple to set and forget training campaigns along with email reminders to end users and their managers. We also love the variety of training videos in the mod store.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like a way to create our own corporate documents to add as campaigns just so they are more personalized. Then we could set training campaigns that are personalized and track them. For instance yearly employee agreements can have campaigns off of them to be tracked for completion of reading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is that it has forced our end users to slow down, and cautious before clicking or replying to any email they are unsure of. We have been using KnowBe4 for just under a year, but daily now I am made aware of phishing attempts just due to the fact that our end users are trained on what to look for. I have probably blacklisted and reported 50 or more IP's and domains that I would have not know about otherwise if it weren't for the constant training an phishing campaigns that have made user more aware. Also it has made users more apt to report.

Provides me with all of the tools that I need to manage my user training program including learning platform, content, testing and metrics.

None that I'm aware of. Can't say enough good things.
