What do you like best about the product?
Ease of training and content. Email reminders, phishing tests and reporting

It could perform better on mobile devices

Cyber awareness
Knowbe4 has been a great change in testing and training our employees
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it makes security awareness simple and effective. The phishing emails keep our employees alert and make them think twice before clicking. I also like how easy it is to automate the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess my main complaint would be with some of the training content. Some of it is good, but there are many modules that just seem like they aren't targeted to training adults.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I first tried KnowBe4 we were getting a good handful of people that would click the bait. Now it still happens occasionally, but the percentages are much lower. With this system it assures that the users that need it are provided more training teaching them to be more cautious.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have problems with users not being careful and organizing training, knowbe4 can provide a great service and save an admin a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is like having a cyber expert on staff. They assist with setting up and scheduling in depth training and tracking. It's so easy to set it up and then I receive reports of what's going on with my users and their training as well as phish reports. They have been an integral part of our cyber security plan!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I dislike about the program. It has all worked great for me and my users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 has made our firm more educated on cyber crimes and scams. We recently went through our first cyber audit and they were impressed with the knowledge level of our users. For our first report we did better than expected!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend KnowB4 - they are so easy to work with and they make the training fun and interesting. They have been a great partner to our firm!
A very useful tool in our organization
What do you like best about the product?
The educational content is excellent in the way it matches my general enterprise users. Also, the training management system is very useful in tracking who has completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the management of notification templates was a little easier to use. I would like to be able to do it on the fly when I am creating a training campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My users are generally more aware. We get many more contacts from users at our help desk asking about questionable e-mails etc, which I am glad to have happen.

Give it a good test drive before you commit.

Lot of different Modules to train employees for the safe use of Internet and email systems

needs improvements in the reporting tools

With the Security Awareness Training we have incidents of employees clicking on malicious links in the phishing email and also S.A.T. makes our Organization SOC2 Compliant

What do you like best about the product?
The absolute best is the security we get from knowing our users are rigorously tested, and the numbers show that they have ALL improved on their awareness of fraudulent emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the training modules could use a little updating, but they do actively add new training programs frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've had quite a few issues with users clicking on fake spam emails, and since implementing KnowBe4 our users have adopted the "Think Before You Click" mentality KnowBe4 promises to promote.

I'm not employed with them. I'm so passionate about this product, I would love to sell it.

My users are blown away when they do Kevin's training.
Ignoring Training is No Longer An Option - Use Knowbe4
What do you like best about the product?
Interactive web-based individual training. Set up "clickers" re-training for those that fail tests. Set a framework for monitoring incoming attacks to your org via Phish Alert Button, instead of turning your inbox into a minefield with every user sending you suspicious emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love some sort of scoring or basic analysis done on emails sent to me via phish alert. Or quick link to tools like Virustotal.com to quickly help me analyze the potential threats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our initial click rate is down from 27% in 2015 to 0% last month. It also saved us from a CEO fraud check-wiring attempt that nearly succeeded, but was thwarted thanks solely to knowbe4 training.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leverage your account managers to help you implement. Setup AD sync so new users can be auto-enrolled in initial training. Make no one immune, even your CEO must follow mandatory training.
The first and only awareness training we need
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is how easy it is to run a phishing campaign. The dashboard, pushing out additional training. It all just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that makes this a subpar product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We know the problem people in the firm to provide additional training. Repeat offenders are the ones to always watch out for. The campaigns are updated with what is happening around the world. We have full support from the executive board.

Everyone needs awareness training. Even at the highest level.

Using the KnowBe4 service has greatly improved our user security awareness, and the simulated phishing tests are a good for keeping employees sharp.
We've been using them for awhile, and they are constantly upgrading their service. Everything I can think of early on where I went "I wish they had this feature" they have since added. They also offer a lot of webinars for IT admins for better understanding the current threat landscape
Finally, this is a great turnkey service. While training campaigns require some setup initially, things like our phishing tests have been pretty set and forget

Pretty much the only thing I didn't like initially was the fact that Kevin Mitnick was in EVERY video, but they have since added much more videos to the catalog. Nothing against Kevin, but we needed some variety
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User security awareness and not falling for scams and/or malicious attacks. Most recently, and importantly, our CFO was able to deflect a business email compromise scam after another officer's account was compromised (as in the emails were not even being spoofed and coming from the actual mailbox).
