By far the best security awareness solution.
What do you like best about the product?
The customer success follow up and support made it very easy to hit our goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more higher quality training material at lower tiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have completely automated monthly security awareness phishing tests and bi annual training modules with remedial training for failed tests. This has saved countless hours and brought our phish click rate down by almost 25%.

What do you like best about the product?
the reports and follow up testing. it shows me who took the training, when, and how they are doing with the testing emails we send.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be made prettier, but otherwise the system works well. I don't feel the need to change it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KnowBe4 does the training and testing of our staff on all things phishing. Its a huge help that they can do it from anywhere. With the reporting and flexible training times, we actually get them to do it, and it seems to stick.
Excellent program with amazing support!
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to navigate and understand. Simulating phishing attacks and creating educational campaigns is simple and allows a lot of customization. However, arguably the best part of KnowBe4 is the support. The help pages are incredibly detailed and cover pretty much every question topic I have had. The two times I have found a need to contact them for additional questions, they have responded quickly and made sure all questions were answered before closing my tickets. I have never seen support to the level that KnowBe4 has.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that do not currently exist, but they are constantly updating and adding features, so I'm not sure mentioning anything specific here will be worth the effort. They've probably already added it by the end of this sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to create training modules that help our users better understand the security risks involved in being an employee at our company. I've also been able to create phishing campaigns that replicate both broad and spear phishing approaches easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
KnowBe4 has a plethora of tools and services that are absolutely worth checking out. If you aren't sure, you may as well give the trial a try, if for no other reason than to experience their support pages. They are works of art!

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use and you can set-up and have training campaigns and phishing campaigns going pretty fast right out of the box. The modules are relevant and fresh content is added all the time. Additionally, they like the content and respond well to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
AD integration of users...I don't feel comfortable syncing AD over the net to the console.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phishing email education is a must and we have ramped up our efforts and the knowledge of our users greatly using this product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's worth the price. Also, use the service reps as they can get you going faster than on your own.
Great platform for employee security awareness training
What do you like best about the product?
The phishing tests and data collected. The training material is also comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Menus can be a little confusing, especially the smart groups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased awareness to deceptive and dangerous emails
Great Testing at a Great Price!
What do you like best about the product?
The easy of setup and how quickly we were able to get to all users rapidly so they can do our mandatory testing when it fits into their busy work day. I like the passwordless access.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have laborer's who don't have an AD account therefore that passwordless access was not a viable solution for us any longer. Would be great to have the ability for both, depending on user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mandatory Security Training and Ongoing Phishing Test - critical because we've had users that were click happy before.
HR is very happy about the HR Training modules. We were able to get these deployed to all staff to meet Audit requirements.

Don't hesitate, do it. The support and customer advocates are awesome.
Helps to create a culture of security awareness
What do you like best about the product?
The easy to setup campaigns make it easy to setup and monitor training. Additionally the automated alerts for campaign enrollment help to ensure participation and remove much of the overhead from my own plate.
The large library of course material ensures that I have many options when finding an approach that my users will respond to.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Modstore(library of course material) interface needs an overhaul. It has decent filtering options but those are lost each time an item is previewed.
The report section, although powerful, also runs into a similar problem. After a report is run the settings are all reset to default. It would be more convenient if the settings stayed for running many similar reports with only minor differences. If that was done a reset button would also be necessary for full functionality.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the education of the staff to the dangers of the internet and the PAB integration we have had fewer questions to our IT staff as well as useful reports on actual phishing attempts.

This platform has a variety of different material to help get across many core concepts of security. This wide selection means that you will find something for just about everyone that will help create a culture of security awareness for your organizations employees. This culture will not only improve security onsite but many will carry it over into their personal lives to their own benefit.
Very Worthwhile Product
What do you like best about the product?
The most important thing about KnowBe4 is the hands on practice that staff get in identifying spam emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a little high for us to have for all staff

Our staff are more knowledgeable than ever before in stopping fraudulent emails.
Knowledge is power! Stomp those Phish!

Variety/creativity of the educational courses, the response time from KnowBe4 staff when difficulties occur.
What do you dislike about the product?
Demos of extra tools are aimed at I.T. departments vs. managers looking for tools to use with staff. Too techy!

Eliminating majority of clicking on suspicious emails; staff awareness of phishing & scams is growing rapidly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The software works best with Chrome; sign up for this training...your team will all become paranoid, but in a good way. Our phish prone rating is declining, and our people are very favorable about the training content!

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to administer and effective at increasing employee knowledge and understanding of phishing risks. It integrates with AD and we can push administration of remedial training out to the edge (local management vs. IT staff).
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons at this time. KnowBe4 is meeting expectations.

Ensure the C-Suite understands the process is not intended to make anyone look silly. This isn't a 'gotcha' training tool. It is an engaging and effective training tool.
