Great content, effective training solution
What do you like best about the product?
Largest library of content I've seen. Initial setup appears to be easy and straightforward. Phishing campaigns appear to be easy to setup and initiate. Reporting appears to be very strong. We will take advantage of the newsletter content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we had a outlook for Mac client. Setup can be tricky is using in a 100% remote workforce, with limited management capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to leverage PowerPoint slide decks for training and awareness,which was a very manual process. Looking forward to the reporting and phishing capabilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Evaluate the offerings and compare library with others. One potential issue, Outlook (client) for Mac OSX is not currently supported, unless you use office 365 environment or server based configuration. Has been requested over 2 years, still no movement.

What do you like best about the product?
All of it!!! The training has been great for our employees, it's engaging. We are using the Phish testing and that has also helped our employees. We just purchased PhishER and look forward to getting that additional information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The overall awareness employees have gained by going the training and being tested. Employees are learning how important and/or vulnerable our security of our data is and how it could effect the whole company.

Great product would recommend to any size company.

The in depth look at the client to determine the best strategy for that client, with supplemental support tools like password strength checking tools

I can't say much in a dislike, they have provided all they said they promised
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have seen the exposure of how much some of our addresses are out "in the wild", we have reduced people being teicked by physhing emails, we have improved our training needs for our ISO accreditation
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take a good look at the offering of KnowBe4, the product can be tailored to fit your organisation to get the most effective assesments of your staff, which in turn provides targetted training which reduces the staff from boredom, as the training is relevant, the trainees are more engaged
Without it, you are just prone to failure.
What do you like best about the product?
The immense content of phishing, smishing, vishing, and training will give you the opportunity to make every co-worker a Human Firewall. The videos section alone will give you the opportunity to teach in a way that every single person should grasp the material. With games, web-like series, and the GREAT Kevin Mitnick to give experienced training; this is a great platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint would be the options within the management console, because there are times when I need to add/remove a user and it can be difficult to figure out where to go to get those things done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the 3 years that we have been using KnowBe4, I can say that the company has become more aware of the potential threats out there and spending more time to verify resources when it comes to emails, calls, and text messaging.

This is the product that EVERY company should be implementing to their employees. Without it, you are just waiting to get compromised without it.
Great variety of training materials
What do you like best about the product?
Number and variety of training materials and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues yet. We've successfully done an initial phishing test and have just begun our first training assignment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to continue fake phishing tests and refresh training for our users. Now we have fresh new training materials that are frequently updated. I really appreciate the synch option to Active Directory so that new employees are automatically added.
Amazing product that works!
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization uses the the monthly training as part of our compliance program. The phishing and training has proved beneficial and our overall risk has dropped. Great product!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything works great! I highly recommend this product.

Overall compliance and making tracking of our training much easier for audits.

I checked out several companies and nothing compares to KnowBe4.
A wide variety of relevant and fresh content
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 offers a wide variety of content that is updated throughout the year. The videos, animations, games, and handouts offer a variety of ways to reach users and address different learning styles. The variety of shorter and longer content is a plus. The ability to send weekly newsletters to my users is another benefit. Overall the service does what it says and I haven't experienced any problems with its functionality.
One-on-one telephone and email support is excellent. Being partnered with a customer rep who checks in periodically to consult on training campaigns and implementation is a huge benefit for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is less than user friendly and the workflow is burdensome (i.e. you must acquire content from the marketplace (even if you have a subscription for it) before you can use it in a campaign, and you lose your work if you have to exit the campaign to adopt content).
Some of the content has a bit of a lower production value that many of my users expect from enterprise videos and content.
On-prem Active Directory integration is more difficult than comparable products I have used; although once it's set up, it works fine.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use KnowBe4 for weekly phishing alerts, phishing testing, and security training. We have seen a significant improvement in phishing and social engineering knowledge since starting with KnowBe4. Overall our users are more aware of online security and less likely to open unknown files or click unknown links.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Overall this is a well-rounded product. It can improve by updating its admin UI, offering pre-designed training programs, and improving content quality.

The phish testing can be automated and scheduled

Drilling down into phish tests can take some time. Also the reporting is a little lacking.

Identifying happy clickers in the office.
Training our users to detect and avoid phishing scams in their email inboxes
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to manage ongoing training campaigns to keep our users up to date on the latest phishing scams out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find the user interface a bit cumbersome. As an admin, I have to go through an excessive series of clicks to get to the content I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've experienced multiple real-world attacks on our users through phishing attempts. By using the KnowBe4 user training on a weekly basis, we've seen many of our users become more adept at spotting and avoiding those suspicious emails in the inbox.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check out their yearly convention events. We went to KB4CON in Orlando in 2019. It was awesome!

I like the variety of training courses offered from safety, security awareness, HR topics & more!

My experience with KnowBe4 has been positive. I haven't experienced any issues.

The KnowBe4 training allows us to engage our associates and provide critical training that is easily accessed and completed during their work day.
