Easy and fun
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and fun. The console is easy to navigate and there are a lot of visual features and graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is. Nothing i dislike. It’s easy to use.

It giving my users confidence and skills to catch bad emails.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 gives all the tools I need to create a training program and helps automate it to reduce administration time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could benefit from additional training modules, particularly in the micro focused area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It introduces risk concepts to our users and gauges understanding and adherence to best practice.
AIDA, Deepfakes, and Smarter Training - KnowBe4 Keeps Raising the Bar
What do you like best about the product?
The new deepfake training is very impressive and is a must given the current security landscape. We also upgraded to AIDA Powered training which has been a game changer. Being able to train people based on risk level, behavior, and type of failure is great versus the previous way we were doing it which was more of a one size fits all approach. We also now have access to the deepfake training, if you haven't demoed/previewed it I recommend you do. We've had great feedback already from it blowing employees minds, it's a great way to make training more engaging rather than focusing all on video modules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading SCORM files for custom training is still clunky and to me seems outdated. A smoother import process is definitely needed with clearer error messaging and better compatibility support would make a large difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to issue the proper training to the right end-user.
Essential training made easy for the non-technical
What do you like best about the product?
It covers all security topics, including newly current topics such as AI. Easy to digest yet interesting enough for technical folks to stay involved. I've administered the training (live 45 minute sessions) with hundreds of employees from high level executives to blue collar and they all have found value in the content. I like that KnowBe4 emphasizes the impact that a phishing attempt can happen to ANYONE regardless of rank, title or access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It mentions to employees that they can submit anonymous tips about insider threats (as an example) which we don't have at my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It teaches folks to be unafraid of submitting phishing emails and brings awareness of the latest true phishing attempts circulating within my business
Versatile, User-Friendly, Easy to Sell Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Our clients love the fun content and the automation features - especially the Smart Groups for automatic Remedial Training and New Hire Training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more gamification modules, and more Bank-specific content for our financial institutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a partner, so we use it internally as well as for over 40 clients. The solution fits perfectly into our virtual CISO business, and it allows to customize and automate programs for our clients with ease. It helps them meet their regulatory and compliance requirements, while also training their users against social engineering and business email compromise.

I think the best thing about the security awareness training is the feedback that is given when failures occur

I don't have any dislikes that I can think of.

Enjoyable Security Training
What do you like best about the product?
Our employees adore The Inside Man and actually look forward to their Security Awareness Training. It makes training feel less like a necessity, and more of something to get excited for.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cater to multiple languages, and a lot of the documents/art are unavailable in the languages we need as they are typically only in English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us with a platform to have all our employees access their training easily in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Content, Reporting, reporting and admin console straight forward. Phishing and training all in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is a bit wonky and I wish more customizable. Legal / Law FIrm specific modules would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training compliance needs. Policy attestations across our law firm. Phishing SImulation. Application security training for developers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to send out my training to all my users across our org and track user progress. We are utilizing the users risk score to determine user training and this really helps us meet our need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the users training to be streamlined into a one click campaign (when multiple modules are included) to streamline the users experience in their learning path. To many users do not complete their modules due to thinking they are complete when doing the top module on the users training page.

it allows us to get the training out to all of our users, track user progress, and report on our findings.
