Ignoring Training is No Longer An Option - Use Knowbe4

What do you like best about the product?
Interactive web-based individual training. Set up "clickers" re-training for those that fail tests. Set a framework for monitoring incoming attacks to your org via Phish Alert Button, instead of turning your inbox into a minefield with every user sending you suspicious emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love some sort of scoring or basic analysis done on emails sent to me via phish alert. Or quick link to tools like Virustotal.com to quickly help me analyze the potential threats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our initial click rate is down from 27% in 2015 to 0% last month. It also saved us from a CEO fraud check-wiring attempt that nearly succeeded, but was thwarted thanks solely to knowbe4 training.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leverage your account managers to help you implement. Setup AD sync so new users can be auto-enrolled in initial training. Make no one immune, even your CEO must follow mandatory training.

The first and only awareness training we need

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is how easy it is to run a phishing campaign. The dashboard, pushing out additional training. It all just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that makes this a subpar product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We know the problem people in the firm to provide additional training. Repeat offenders are the ones to always watch out for. The campaigns are updated with what is happening around the world. We have full support from the executive board.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Everyone needs awareness training. Even at the highest level.

Fantastic Service with great employees

What do you like best about the product?
Using the KnowBe4 service has greatly improved our user security awareness, and the simulated phishing tests are a good for keeping employees sharp.

We've been using them for awhile, and they are constantly upgrading their service. Everything I can think of early on where I went "I wish they had this feature" they have since added. They also offer a lot of webinars for IT admins for better understanding the current threat landscape

Finally, this is a great turnkey service. While training campaigns require some setup initially, things like our phishing tests have been pretty set and forget
What do you dislike about the product?
Pretty much the only thing I didn't like initially was the fact that Kevin Mitnick was in EVERY video, but they have since added much more videos to the catalog. Nothing against Kevin, but we needed some variety
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User security awareness and not falling for scams and/or malicious attacks. Most recently, and importantly, our CFO was able to deflect a business email compromise scam after another officer's account was compromised (as in the emails were not even being spoofed and coming from the actual mailbox).

KnowBe4 has helped create a culture of suspicion here. People are actually looking before they leap when it comes to clicking on links in emails.

Nothing really. I have yet to find anything I don't like.

Solving the mindlessly clicking of links in emails.

KnowBe4 is a great tool to help employees develop Information Security awareness.

Very happy with the product so I can't say that there is anything particular that I dislike

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 is easy to deploy and maintain. The training is very good and varied.

I have no complaints with KnowBe4 training and testing.

My users are very aware of social engineering. KnowBe4 helps me keep them on top of it.

What do you like best about the product?
User experience & ease of use. It's incredibly easy to use to test & train employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could implement a favorites or popular section in the training materials to make it easy to know which pieces are good ones to send out to the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security is only as good as your weakest link. KnowBe4 is a great way to not only assess that biggest weakness (the employees), but also to address, train, & overall strengthen the security of the firm.

DRASTICALLY reduced the number of employees clicking on email links

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love and utilize the phishing simulations and trainings as a result of the simulations. I use the scheduled campaigns to send out tips and tricks each month. Phish alert button is enabled on our email accounts as well as the second chance alert. All of these things have played a major role in stabilizing our environment at my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike about the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People at my organization actually fell victim to CEO fraud and that was the last straw and what made me go out and purchase this service. I have noticed a significant drop in the number of people clicking on links in emails and i believe folks have gained knowledge with the annual training that they get assigned in addition to any training as a result of a phishing simulation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you struggle with cyber security at your organization, this is an amazing tool. I did a free "trial" where I sent out the first phishing simulation to see if I liked this, and it surpassed my expectations. Wonderful platform!

Best in Show User Training for the Sysadmin of Many Hats

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 has helped us satisfy immediate NIST and CIS control requirements, at an affordable price for small businesses. The training is performed in such a way that even the less computer savvy users understand the impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a push for performing phishing tests, however, we have a different process for those tests internally. The sales people have been less pushy about us utilizing that feature. I would much prefer if they split off phishing and training into different price points, but the current setup is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to immediately become compliant with several aspects of NIST/CIS requirements, plus our users are accepting of this style of training. The biggest benefit is that over the last 2 years our employee pool doubled, which created some gaps in other types of employee training. Our IT training, however, was able to accommodate that quick of an increase without too much of a budget increase. I spend less time preparing, deploying, and tracking training that any other department in the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Even if you don't use the phishing, Vishing, or USB features, the training campaigns are the easiest to prepare, deploy, and track for Sysadmins that are responsible for more than just one aspect of their IT world. The price point is spot on for small businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
Well designed content that allows for customization to make phishing campaigns more realistic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor issues synching with our Active Directory, but that was mostly caused by the way our
AD was set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user response has been extraordinary and there has been a substantial improvement in user awareness. But now I get the blame whenever my VP gets a 'questionable' email!

Money well spent, great value!
