What We Didn't KnowBe4, But We Do Now!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, flexibility, and the ability to maintain a history of individual user and group performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really haven't found anything with the product that I dislike, which is highly unusual.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Key component of security program, educating users on the importance of being vigilant when it comes to various types of malware and methods for introducing them into the environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of their free tools and it's likely the insight they provide will convince you to consider purchasing KnowBe4's application suite.
Crucial Knowledge During a Bad Time
What do you like best about the product?
It provides our users with the much needed tools to avoid any damaging malware.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would prefer more training modules in other languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding click happy users and reducing downtime when infected PC's have to be rebuilt from malware attacks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In the age where cyber-security is crucial to every user, it is important to have the knowledge of the threats on the Internet and have the tools to combat these threats. Knowing the threats and identifying them is half the battle won.
Effective Easy to Deploy Awareness Training Solution
What do you like best about the product?
- Users can be provisioned directly from Azure Active Directory
- Users can sign in using SSO with Azure AD account
- Management Portal is very easy to use and flexible
- Additional pieces like PhishAlert plugin for Outlook, and SecondChance are great value adds and are widely adopted by our user base
- Customer Success Manager regularly checks in to let me know what's new and to ensure we're getting the most out of the solution

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Upon signup, we sent out a blind phishing test to our user base to baseline our organization.
After deploying the training; phish test results improved exceptionally well across our company after we ran another blind test immediately following the training rollout. Regular testing has shown that our user base actually paid attention!

Great product support from this company; they proactively reach out to ensure that customers are using the product to it's full potential and to assist with any questions.
Greatly Improved Cyber Awareness for employees
What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 was easy to implement and provide immediate results. We were able to evaluate how our company compared to other companies and we were able to target employees who needed help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far.. The product has been easy to setup and maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We greatly improved Cyber Security here.

You do not need to try other products. This one is the best.
We love the fact that we can test employees at our speed and with industry related information

Tracking, ease of implementation , helpful staff

We have found nothing that we dislike about the services offered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our employees are more aware of what can happen and how easy it is to be tricked. We had our HR department send out a questionnaire without first telling employees and 80% + deleted the email.

What do you like best about the product?
KnowBe4 provides Deltec Solutions with a comprehensive platform for delivering vulnerability testing and security awareness training services. The content is frequently updated and fresh, and regular vulnerability testing helps us map our clients progress and recommend and deliver training strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to administer several programs at once with standardized program templates for phishing and training campaigns across our entire client base would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deltec leverages the KnowBe4 platform as a key component in our Security Awareness Training and Testing Services. This service helps our clients evaluate and train their staff to identify and resist social engineering threats and is an essential component in our overall security suite.

I am still trying to learn more about the navigation of the system

The insight provided from how many of our users are likely to click on malicious links

The lack of users that I can get to sign up for training. The training emails look to much like spam or phishing emails

Users are less likely to click on malicious links or open emails that look suspicious
Simple and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
We love how easy Knowbe4 was to setup and start using. Integrating it into our environment was literally a 5 minute process. We love the easy to ise and interactive campaigns

We would like to see more current event based campaigns

We are under mandates to do Security Training and awareness

This is a delightful solutiin to use if your organization needs security awareness training
Raises the Common Denominator of Security Awareness in Our Company

This penetration-tests our employees and provides them meaningful feedback and improvement of skills
What do you dislike about the product?
The users do not exactly like the tests we perform, but it is better than failing an actual phishing attempt!

Penetration testing and security issues in general are addressed.
